Been here for the past few Friday the 13th to participate in the flash sheet tattoos. Wait was decent, tattoos healed well, and it had a great selection. Every time I have been in the shop the guys have been very helpful and respectful. Not once did they pressure me to settle on anything I might not be happy with, they helped me reach the perfect result for my tattoos. I got my labret done by Charles. He did an excellent job. It healed right away with absolutely no problems. He was down to earth and easy to talk to. He educated me on after care. I was able to switch piercing in just a few weeks. Looking forward to getting a few tattoos by him. I would recommend this place to everyone. Went back got a tat and a cover up done by Charles. I have heard bad reviews on this place, however decided to stop by with my daughter. We wanted snake eye tongue piercings.  He had a bad attitude since we walked in, I went first and i guess i was not sticking out my tongue enough.  Which he then kept telling me to stick it out more and pushed my jaw down! Which i was not having that! I proceeded to tell him if he didnt want to do the piercing he didnt have to , but i did not tolerate his rudeness and lack of customer service. He was completely rude and unprofessional and i walked out. I strongly recommend no one to set foot in this place. Everything said about this place is true lived it first hand . I came to Tattoo Warehouse for my bellybutton at 13, and my first tattoo at 18. I had very fond memories, despite its obvious reputation. I decided to stop in and get a memorial piece for my late girlfriend, since she had taken me here for my first inking. Charles remained seated, watching TV, while I chatted with a man who never introduced himself or shook my hand. This individual was not only condescending & unprofessional, but had an overwhelming stench and was unable to trace even the simplest of designs. He was very gruff, and was repeatedly derogatory under the guise of jest- saying I was a "joke" for wanting a hand tattoo (Despite having them himself?), mocking my design.. instantly explained why the shop was dead on a Friday afternoon . This man was so off-putting and rude I didnt bother mentioning that this was for my girl who passed in October and was only 22. I couldnt imagine getting a permanent piece from somebody like this guy. I was set on going to Tattoo Warehouse for the sentimental value, but I was severely repulsed and will never be returning. I have several tattoos, which were done by another artist at another shop.  I always said I would never get work done here, but two of my close friends just said I was getting bad information... turns out I wasn't.  I went with my fiance and decided to finally let Charles do my ENGAGEMENT RING tattoo... HUGE MISTAKE!!!  I brought in the design, which was simple, not too much detail, but perfect for what I was wanting.  I didn't think there was any way he could mess it up, and I was so very wrong!  It turned out NOTHING like the design I brought in, and I was so upset... this was my ENGAGEMENT RING, forever to be tattooed on my finger!!  It turned out so badly that Charles told me to give it some time to heal and he would fix it at no charge, but I never went back, there was no way I was going to let him try and fix it, I would rather pay another artist full price just to try and fix up the mess of a tattoo I ended up getting from Charles!!Not only that, but my fiance also brought in a design as well, and Charles said he could "probably do it", but wanted to charge him over $300 for it, and we had already gotten quotes from other shops, the highest being  $150. My fiance ended up going next door to Boundless, where they not only did it for $150, but they didn't "try" to do the design he brought in, the artist did it PERFECTLY!!  They wanted $25 more than Charles to do my ring tattoo, and I wish I would have just paid the higher amount at Boundless, because I would have walked out of there with the engagement ring tattoo that I wanted, not the mess I have now that I have to get fixed!!  I should have stuck with my gut, which was that I should NEVER go to Charles to get work done.I will NEVER return, nor would I EVER recommend Tattoo Warehouse to ANYONE. I wouldn't return even if he offered to do anything I want for free, that is literally how low my opinion of his work is.  For the price I paid, my tattoo SHOULD have been dead on.  So very disappointed, especially given the fact that I got my tattoo from Charles himself. I got a pretty bad tattoo from here nothing came out the way we talked about. I wish I would have looked into the shop a little more before going in. after it healed it looked even worse. I found boundless tattoo company next door to them and went and talked with a couple of their artists and I'm confident one of them will be able to fix my tattoo. Read Less

Charles did my tattoo and while he seems like a nice enough guy, the work is subpar at best. Tattoo looked even worse after the healing process and he blamed it on my skin. After entering Tattoo Warehouse i realized the place was a great environment. They have multiple tv's to not only entertain the customers getting tattoos but to entertain anyone else who shows up to watch.  The customer service is exceptional. All 3 employees who were present when we arrived were extremely friendly and personable which combines for a fantastic environment. A very fun and entertaining place to be at if you're getting a tattoo or just watching. We showed up at the Tattoo Warehouse on a sunday night at 10:03 after calling them before and letting them know we would be late. Having such exceptional customer service they still invited us and asked us to check out they're beautiful work. All 3 customers left feeling welcomed and satisfied with the customer service and work of the tattoo artists expressed. I will be spreading the word about this establishment and coming here again. I have been going here for the past two and a half years. Charles has done a great job on my sleeve, chest plate, and others. His prices are very reasonable, he has a steady pace with a steady hand. Literally one of the worst places I've ever been too. Not only did they never respond to my phone calls after I put down a size able deposit, but when I went in to see what the deal was they "lost my artwork/sketches and any notes of my concept". They appeared to be drug addicts and were extremely unprofessional when confronted about the matter. I never got my tattoo, never got my deposit back, and will never see my face again. If you're looking for a place to get a bong and some bad ink this is the place for you. This place is unprofessional, overpriced and if you look at their website you will see their work is at best not that good. Me and my wife made a mistake going there for a cover up that I felt was overpriced. We where surprised to see that they even have clientele but if you see the people that goes there are either kids that know no better or friends. I had gone here for a piercing, It wasn't healing correctly so I had gone to another shop, he had told me that no matter what shop you go to they are suppose to give you a print out of the "after care". I was unaware of this, and they had not given me any information on how to take care of it, I had to ask. They were all so quiet, and didn't want to make any conversation I had a lot of questions on the piercing, and they didn't seem very interested. The work was nicely done, and I've seen there profolies for tattoo's they look descent. It wasn't the shop for me, and everyone has a different expierience. When looking for a shop I look for friendly, comforting, and proffesionalism, which I didn't recieve here.
