I cannot say enough good things about this establishment. I reached out via email and Ali was super quick to respond and answer questions. I made a preliminary appointment for 03/30/19 with Oscar to discuss the type of piercing I wanted. He was patient, answered all my questions and I never felt any pressure to make an appointment. Following the consultation I made my piercing appointment for 04/13/19 with Oscar, as he has had extensive experience and is very knowledgeable.On the day of the piercing I was really super nervous - would I be able to get one, how bad would the pain be, what if the piercing is damaging to the nerve...? and so forth. We selected the jewelry and Oscar prepped the room and equipment, while I waited out front. Let's just say in hindsight, the waiting was the worst part of it all LOL Oscar was FANTASTIC and PROFESSIONAL. I cannot recommend him enough!!! He explained the piercing process, and then before each step, he explained what he was about to do. Yes, the piercing was an excruciating 3 seconds of my life but overall it was much less painful than I expected. He helped with that by being calm and walking me through everything. After the piercing he explained the healing process and what NOT to do. I have been following the healing requirements as he directed and have had no issues whatsoever with my piercing. It's been about two months now and I'm very very pleased with the outcome. Oscar is fantastic - I highly recommend seeing him if you are considering a piercing, or two, or more LOL. Excellent experience, excellent service, and an excellent outcome. 5 stars is not enough :-)

I came to this establishment as a walk-in to get my nose pierced. "Juice" at the desk was nice and she explained all the pertinent information regarding my service. "Mike" was my piercer and he did a great job! The wait time, sterilization process and placement of my piercing was perfect. They are pricey but I have no regrets. My experience was painless with no swelling the day of or days after. They have a nice selection of jewelry as well. The shop was clean with a nice decor. And the selection of music pumped you up to get either a piercing or a tattoo. Lol. I would definitely recommend this place. I chose Native Rituals based off reviews, so I thought it would be nice to share my experience also.

Ok I confess I've done a couple of my piercings at the mall (I know!), but after I went with a friend to get her nose pierced here a couple of years ago, I can't go anywhere else. I've had a few of my other ear piercings done here and my nose piercing. The staff is knowledgeable and really good about protecting against infection, and answering your questions about jewelry, piercing placement, etc. I've never felt rushed and it's apparent that they want you to like the end result. It's a hidden gem that's worth the drive, the time, and every penny!!

This place is AMAZING!!! Everyone is SO nice and accommodating. I refuse to ever go anywhere else. They're always so flexible with scheduling and so helpful. They never think any question is a "dumb question" and it's very obvious how educated they are at what they do. Ali has done 3 of my piercings and I'm not only obsessed with them but completely addicted!! Everyone is very thorough and you can tell how dedicated they are. The fact that Mike commutes such a long distance to come to work just because he loves what he does is amazing and so respectful. I would never recommend another place for piercings or tattoos (Love my Mickey tattoo!)

Worth every penny! Some may say this place is a tad more 'expensive' than others but when you walk into Native Rituals you know you are receiving professional and quality service. My friend and I got our nipples pierced by Mike. It was my second time and her first, although our personal experiences may have been a little different he made sure to make us as equality as comfortable, put us at ease as well as answered any and all questions (which were a lot). We really appreciate it! Mike consulted us, made measurements and helped pick out optimal jewelry for healing. He sterilized the bars/instruments he would be inserting in front of us and I swear he put on his sterile gloves better than I do and I am a RN. You could not have asked for a more gentle and kind soul than Caprice the receptionist. She was very welcoming and friendly the whole time. The entire process ran relatively quickly and smoothly. I cannot wait to return!

I came here for the first time one week ago and got 4 piercings in 1 sitting - double cartilage, tragus & helix. Ali was my piercer. They did an amazing job & I felt little to no pain. They are incredibly clean and sanitary which is the most important thing to me when getting a piercing. They disinfected my ear, put iodine to kill bacteria & ran the jewelry through a machine to disinfect it. Ali switched gloves twice while I was in the chair. Very professional, very kind. What stood out to me the most was I was very uncertain about my helix, but I was not pressured at all. They let me make my own decision & in the end I decided just do it. I feel very good about spending my money in such an ethical & principled institution that actually cares more about the well being & happiness of their client than money. Would 10/10 recommend this place to anyone wanting to get a piercing.

Highly recommended - my experience is with Ali for a few piercings. She's great! Kind, patient and skilled. Atmosphere at Native Rituals is very open, friendly chill and welcoming. Diverse clientele treated with the same enthusiasm and respect regardless of whether you are a newbie to piercings/tattoos or a regular. No pressure, they will take their time with you and make sure you get exactly what you want - and will be sooo excited for you!!! Great energy all around.

I live in palatine, and my artist is Bam, extremely great person with remarkable work - he relocated to native ritual and I've been attempting to come get a few pieces done but I wanted to confirm his location and availability, so when I called, October 2nd, there was first a young lady who stated he didn't work there. Must've been a miscommunication, then my friend said that he does as he received a tattoo from him afterwards, I called again October 18th, a gentleman answered a tad rude but he said Bam wasn't there so I left it alone. I attempted to call yesterday November 20th the young lady answered and told me Bam wasn't there currently but I can come speak to another artist, we'll atleast I know he's there, not sure why the run around but I feel a slight sense of petty. I haven't contacted him due to the fact I lack social media and no longer have his number.

The facility is clean, very professional and nice private rooms. Oscar was informative, knowledgeable and very skilled with his technique. Would definitely (and plan to )return in the near future for a piercing for myself and my daughter. Recommend making appointment at place as it is hopping.

My nose piercing was priced at $73.50 and my best friends ear piercings was priced at $127.50.....yeah we walked clean out. It's a shame that in Illinois piercings cost that dang much!! That is complete highway robbery!!!!!! I will never pay that much for that! If it was more affordable I would have gotten it done. Such a shame!

I went in on Friday to get my first tattoo and the everyone in the shop was really busy. I met with Randy and told him the design for the tattoo that I wanted. We made an appointment to have it one on Sunday. I was waited on right away and the design that Randy created was really more than I expected, it was awesome. He applied the tattoo, with very little pain and I must say that I am overjoyed with the outcome. I am 60 years old and I thought the experience would be a bit taunting but it was cool!

Staff is great, as soon as I walked in (3 days in a row)someone always stopped to ask if I needed help. I met with Paul and we discussed the work I wanted done. Paul did 2 tats and some cover up work, all of which exceeded my expectations. His lines and shading are excellent!! The people in the shop are friendly and personable and the experience was awesome. Highly recommended!!! I'll be back!

I met the owner Jimmy through a friend and after talking about my tattoo idea for a little bit, he told me to book an appointment with him so we could make it a reality. Awesome customer recruitment. When I arrived the day of my appointment, the staff were running a little late. I had to wait about 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, but the staff were very apologetic that they were having an understaffed day. No bigs. I had all day to get this puppy done!Jimmy did an awesome job helping me design the tattoo and really listened to what I wanted. He offered in his professional opinion and explained why I might want to change the design up so it would look sharper. I felt like I had the final say in the design, though, and I really felt included in the process.When we got down to business, it didn't take long, and Jimmy was professional and friendly throughout the tattooing process. He made some small talk and probably noticed that I was starting to get uncomfortable with the pain level he was putting my skin through. He worked quickly, but with an eye for detail. I can't find a thing that could be done better on the tattoo itself.Thanks so much, Jimmy and team! I will definitely be back here for my second, and hopefully soon.

Very nice atmosphere and amazing artists/piercers! I used to go to Jade Dragon in Belmont but after one too many disappointments I decided I needed to find a new place. It's not easy to find a new place to trust but after just one visit I know I'm going to go back again!!! Staff was very welcoming and helpful! And although I got a piercing, from what I've seen of their work they're very talented. Can't wait to go in for my next tattoo :) highly recommend this place. P.s. They're very clean!

He was so professional and did everything by the book and was quick and SO talented he made it a breeze. Pain was minimal and 24 hours later I still feel no pain, swelling, irritation, etc. Thank you for a great experience!

This is a shop I keep coming back to. First visit was 6 years ago. I was tattooed by Jimmy. Extremely talented and wonderful to work with. Just revisited him last night to add on to his work from before. I let him use his artistic imagination and design an amazing piece that I am just blown away by. I wasn't sure what to expect but he knocked it out of the park! Wonderful people and wonderful shop that I highly recommend. Thanks Johnny and thanks Native Rituals!!

Took my daughter to get a piercing. Initially, the young girl at the desk was a bit rude, so I started talking to the gently who wouldn't actually do the piercing. He was very patient with us. He answered all of our questions with ease. Everything was sterilized and we saw it. During the piercing he talked us through what was about to happen and asked if my daughter was ready before he did anything. The piercing was over and in within a minute and a half. The only reason I didn't give a higher score is because the girl at the front desk is the first representative of the business and she needs to check how she interacts with customers at all time. After all, she is their first impression.

I felt very comfortable when I walked in and was helped right away. Randy was my artist and he was awesome! He drew up my design and tattooed me right away as a walk in. He explained everything and made me feel very comfortable. The price was good, the service was great and I'm IN LOVE with my new ink. Thanks guys, I'll be back!

This was my first real tattoo and Paul helped me understand the process and what the design would look like as a tattoo. He is very professional and friendly which helped put me at ease. I actually started crying when I saw the finished tattoo because it turned out so well. The facility is very clean and they take it seriously. I definitely recommend and will be back. Got a custom piece done by the owner, Jimmy V. last night. The work was beyond my expectations. I hadn't imagined my idea could come to life the way it did! The shop is professional and the employees are very welcoming. Jimmy is personable and approachable. I witnessed a few of the other artists doing great work as well and, best of all, they are honest about their abilities and stylistic approach to their artwork. With so many tattoo shops just along Cicero Avenue alone, Native Rituals should be everyone's first and last stop for quality tattoos and piercings!

My 7 year old daughter was dying to get her ears pierced. I wanted it done by a professional who is APP certified. We found Johnny and native rituals. From my phone inquiry to leaving the shop we had a great and friendly experience. During the consultation Johnny took his time to explain everything to my daughter and myself. He engaged her, spoke at her level and took the time to let her ask questions, and pick her jewellery. The next day during the procedure he was fantastic. At no time were we rushed or uncomfortable. He explained everything he was doing to her and the piercing was a breeze. Everything was clean and sterile. Explained the importance of aftercare. She loves her new pierced ears! Thanks of everything Johnny!

My sister just turned 18 and came here for her first tattoo. We had come here for piercings in the past and the staff is always helpful and very sanitary.The shop is very clean and the staff is welcoming. They greeted us at the door and gave us a price right away. Randy did her tattoo and he was great. She was nervous but he made her feel very comfortable and was very sweet and gentle. He kept up a conversation with us and let my mom and I sit next to her the whole time. He said he orders special ink that is made in the US from a guy who's been making ink for 20 years. He free-handed the tattoo on her arm and it turned out amazing! He worked fast and gave us a good price.I've always had a great experience at native rituals and I would highly recommend it for tattoos and piercings!

Finally pierced my nose after wanting it for about 16 years. I must admit I suffered from fear of the unknown and felt completely silly after when I realized it didn't hurt one bit. Anywho, Ali did my piercing and she was fantastic. She made me completely comfortable and didn't seem aggravated by my questions. The place was clean and sterilization seemed of upmost importance. She was very organized and let me know every step of the way what was going to happen. My husband and I can't wait to return to try them out on the tattoos. The work I've seen so far has been nothing short of impeccable.

I did my home work and talked to relatives. It was to be my first tattoo and I wanted to get it right. I walked in to Native Rituals and was immediately impressed with their welcoming. I've been in other tattoo shops and felt like I was the old guy who didn't belong. I was introduced to David and showed him my concept drawing. David was very knowledgeable and assured me he could make my concept even better. I came back in an hour (they were already very busy when I walked in as soon as they opened at 2:00pm). David had drawn a great drawing based on my concept and was very reassuring. Mind you this was my first tattoo at age 55 and David was very attentive. He explained everything he was doing and made me feel very comfortable. Not only was there very little pain but David had a great sense of humor. I would highly recommend Native Rituals to a first timer like me or an old pro looking for another tattoo.

I had my belly button done originally on my 18th birthday, and I went to one of the only places open on a Sunday night for it, which just so happened to be a little shady of a place. My first belly button piercing was incredibly painful, and I got some pretty terrible advice on how to clean it. I admit though that I also had a part in getting an infection 8 months later. It's been almost 3 years since I first got it done and wanted to repierce it again but wanted to do it the right way this time around. I heard and read great reviews about this place, so I went there to see if they could even do my piercing. Angie, one of the piercers, took a look at it and determined that I had a lot of scar tissue from the first piercing, but said she could do it. She was so clean while sterilizing everything and changed her gloves like 5 times while handling everything in the room. I was expecting to have a lot of pain like the first time, but Angie did such a wonderful job that on a scale of 1-10 the pain was probably a 3 at most! I'm DEFINITELY going back to her for all my piercings in the future!

So rude! I called to ask a few simple question and the man who answered the phone was so unbelievably rude! He talked to me like i was 5, as if my questions had no validity. I was terribly dissapointed because i had a girlfriend who got one done there and raved about the place, but the 3 minute conversation i had with the man was enough to turn me away forever. I know nothing about the work they do there other then the 2 inch sister knot my friend got from there but their costumer service was seriously lacking.

i went in there to get piercings and i thought that they were amazing. johnny was the piercer and he was so sterile he probably changed his gloves like ten times through out the whole process and showed me that everything was sterile and walkd me through how he was going to do everything. he was completly professional i highly recommend everyone to go there.

I cannot say enough good things about this establishment. I reached out via email and Ali was super quick to respond and answer questions. I made a preliminary appointment for 03/30/19 with Oscar to discuss the type of piercing I wanted. He was patient, answered all my questions and I never felt any pressure to make an appointment. Following the consultation I made my piercing appointment for 04/13/19 with Oscar, as he has had extensive experience and is very knowledgeable.On the day of the piercing I was really super nervous - would I be able to get one, how bad would the pain be, what if the piercing is damaging to the nerve...? and so forth. We selected the jewelry and Oscar prepped the room and equipment, while I waited out front. Let's just say in hindsight, the waiting was the worst part of it all LOL Oscar was FANTASTIC and PROFESSIONAL. I cannot recommend him enough!!! He explained the piercing process, and then before each step, he explained what he was about to do. Yes, the piercing was an excruciating 3 seconds of my life but overall it was much less painful than I expected. He helped with that by being calm and walking me through everything. After the piercing he explained the healing process and what NOT to do. I have been following the healing requirements as he directed and have had no issues whatsoever with my piercing. It's been about two months now and I'm very very pleased with the outcome. Oscar is fantastic - I highly recommend seeing him if you are considering a piercing, or two, or more LOL. Excellent experience, excellent service, and an excellent outcome. 5 stars is not enough :-)

I came to this establishment as a walk-in to get my nose pierced. "Juice" at the desk was nice and she explained all the pertinent information regarding my service. "Mike" was my piercer and he did a great job! The wait time, sterilization process and placement of my piercing was perfect. They are pricey but I have no regrets. My experience was painless with no swelling the day of or days after. They have a nice selection of jewelry as well. The shop was clean with a nice decor. And the selection of music pumped you up to get either a piercing or a tattoo. Lol. I would definitely recommend this place. I chose Native Rituals based off reviews, so I thought it would be nice to share my experience also.

Ok I confess I've done a couple of my piercings at the mall (I know!), but after I went with a friend to get her nose pierced here a couple of years ago, I can't go anywhere else. I've had a few of my other ear piercings done here and my nose piercing. The staff is knowledgeable and really good about protecting against infection, and answering your questions about jewelry, piercing placement, etc. I've never felt rushed and it's apparent that they want you to like the end result. It's a hidden gem that's worth the drive, the time, and every penny!!

This place is AMAZING!!! Everyone is SO nice and accommodating. I refuse to ever go anywhere else. They're always so flexible with scheduling and so helpful. They never think any question is a "dumb question" and it's very obvious how educated they are at what they do. Ali has done 3 of my piercings and I'm not only obsessed with them but completely addicted!! Everyone is very thorough and you can tell how dedicated they are. The fact that Mike commutes such a long distance to come to work just because he loves what he does is amazing and so respectful. I would never recommend another place for piercings or tattoos (Love my Mickey tattoo!)

Worth every penny! Some may say this place is a tad more 'expensive' than others but when you walk into Native Rituals you know you are receiving professional and quality service. My friend and I got our nipples pierced by Mike. It was my second time and her first, although our personal experiences may have been a little different he made sure to make us as equality as comfortable, put us at ease as well as answered any and all questions (which were a lot). We really appreciate it! Mike consulted us, made measurements and helped pick out optimal jewelry for healing. He sterilized the bars/instruments he would be inserting in front of us and I swear he put on his sterile gloves better than I do and I am a RN. You could not have asked for a more gentle and kind soul than Caprice the receptionist. She was very welcoming and friendly the whole time. The entire process ran relatively quickly and smoothly. I cannot wait to return!

I came here for the first time one week ago and got 4 piercings in 1 sitting - double cartilage, tragus & helix. Ali was my piercer. They did an amazing job & I felt little to no pain. They are incredibly clean and sanitary which is the most important thing to me when getting a piercing. They disinfected my ear, put iodine to kill bacteria & ran the jewelry through a machine to disinfect it. Ali switched gloves twice while I was in the chair. Very professional, very kind. What stood out to me the most was I was very uncertain about my helix, but I was not pressured at all. They let me make my own decision & in the end I decided just do it. I feel very good about spending my money in such an ethical & principled institution that actually cares more about the well being & happiness of their client than money. Would 10/10 recommend this place to anyone wanting to get a piercing.

I live in palatine, and my artist is Bam, extremely great person with remarkable work - he relocated to native ritual and I've been attempting to come get a few pieces done but I wanted to confirm his location and availability, so when I called, October 2nd, there was first a young lady who stated he didn't work there. Must've been a miscommunication, then my friend said that he does as he received a tattoo from him afterwards, I called again October 18th, a gentleman answered a tad rude but he said Bam wasn't there so I left it alone. I attempted to call yesterday November 20th the young lady answered and told me Bam wasn't there currently but I can come speak to another artist, we'll atleast I know he's there, not sure why the run around but I feel a slight sense of petty. I haven't contacted him due to the fact I lack social media and no longer have his number.

Today is my birthday and me and my best friend went to try to get piercings. The place was very clean, the staff was very friendly, very helpful!!! The reason for the one star is the pricing. My nose piercing was priced at $73.50 and my best friends ear piercings was priced at $127.50.....yeah we walked clean out. It's a shame that in Illinois piercings cost that dang much!! That is complete highway robbery!!!!!! I will never pay that much for that! If it was more affordable I would have gotten it done. Such a shame!

I went in on Friday to get my first tattoo and the everyone in the shop was really busy. I met with Randy and told him the design for the tattoo that I wanted. We made an appointment to have it one on Sunday. I was waited on right away and the design that Randy created was really more than I expected, it was awesome. He applied the tattoo, with very little pain and I must say that I am overjoyed with the outcome. I am 60 years old and I thought the experience would be a bit taunting but it was cool!

Staff is great, as soon as I walked in (3 days in a row)someone always stopped to ask if I needed help. I met with Paul and we discussed the work I wanted done. Paul did 2 tats and some cover up work, all of which exceeded my expectations. His lines and shading are excellent!! The people in the shop are friendly and personable and the experience was awesome. I had a picturesque first tattoo experience here. I highly recommend Jimmy and his team.I scheduled this appointment months in advance. I met the owner Jimmy through a friend and after talking about my tattoo idea for a little bit, he told me to book an appointment with him so we could make it a reality. Awesome customer recruitment. When I arrived the day of my appointment, the staff were running a little late. I had to wait about 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, but the staff were very apologetic that they were having an understaffed day. No bigs. I had all day to get this puppy done!Jimmy did an awesome job helping me design the tattoo and really listened to what I wanted. He offered in his professional opinion and explained why I might want to change the design up so it would look sharper. I felt like I had the final say in the design, though, and I really felt included in the process.When we got down to business, it didn't take long, and Jimmy was professional and friendly throughout the tattooing process. He made some small talk and probably noticed that I was starting to get uncomfortable with the pain level he was putting my skin through. He worked quickly, but with an eye for detail. I can't find a thing that could be done better on the tattoo itself.Thanks so much, Jimmy and team! I will definitely be back here for my second, and hopefully soon.

Very nice atmosphere and amazing artists/piercers! I used to go to Jade Dragon in Belmont but after one too many disappointments I decided I needed to find a new place. It's not easy to find a new place to trust but after just one visit I know I'm going to go back again!!! Staff was very welcoming and helpful! And although I got a piercing, from what I've seen of their work they're very talented. Can't wait to go in for my next tattoo :) highly recommend this place. P.s. They're very clean!

Just revisited him last night to add on to his work from before. I let him use his artistic imagination and design an amazing piece that I am just blown away by. Took my daughter to get a piercing. Initially, the young girl at the desk was a bit rude, so I started talking to the gently who wouldn't actually do the piercing. He was very patient with us. He answered all of our questions with ease. Everything was sterilized and we saw it. During the piercing he talked us through what was about to happen and asked if my daughter was ready before he did anything. The piercing was over and in within a minute and a half. The only reason I didn't give a higher score is because the girl at the front desk is the first representative of the business and she needs to check how she interacts with customers at all time. After all, she is their first impression.

I felt very comfortable when I walked in and was helped right away. Randy was my artist and he was awesome! He drew up my design and tattooed me right away as a walk in. He explained everything and made me feel very comfortable. The price was good, the service was great and I'm IN LOVE with my new ink. Thanks guys, I'll be back!

This was my first real tattoo and Paul helped me understand the process and what the design would look like as a tattoo. He is very professional and friendly which helped put me at ease. Got a custom piece done by the owner, Jimmy V. last night. The work was beyond my expectations. I hadn't imagined my idea could come to life the way it did! The shop is professional and the employees are very welcoming. Jimmy is personable and approachable. I witnessed a few of the other artists doing great work as well and, best of all, they are honest about their abilities and stylistic approach to their artwork. With so many tattoo shops just along Cicero Avenue alone, Native Rituals should be everyone's first and last stop for quality tattoos and piercings!

My 7 year old daughter was dying to get her ears pierced. I wanted it done by a professional who is APP certified. We found Johnny and native rituals. From my phone inquiry to leaving the shop we had a great and friendly experience. During the consultation Johnny took his time to explain everything to my daughter and myself. He engaged her, spoke at her level and took the time to let her ask questions, and pick her jewellery. The next day during the procedure he was fantastic. At no time were we rushed or uncomfortable. He explained everything he was doing to her and the piercing was a breeze. Everything was clean and sterile. Explained the importance of aftercare. She loves her new pierced ears! They greeted us at the door and gave us a price right away. Randy did her tattoo and he was great. She was nervous but he made her feel very comfortable and was very sweet and gentle. He kept up a conversation with us and let my mom and I sit next to her the whole time. He said he orders special ink that is made in the US from a guy who's been making ink for 20 years. He free-handed the tattoo on her arm and it turned out amazing! He worked fast and gave us a good price.I've always had a great experience at native rituals and I would highly recommend it for tattoos and piercings!

Finally pierced my nose after wanting it for about 16 years. I must admit I suffered from fear of the unknown and felt completely silly after when I realized it didn't hurt one bit. Anywho, Ali did my piercing and she was fantastic. She made me completely comfortable and didn't seem aggravated by my questions. The place was clean and sterilization seemed of upmost importance. She was very organized and let me know every step of the way what was going to happen. My husband and I can't wait to return to try them out on the tattoos. The work I've seen so far has been nothing short of impeccable.

I did my home work and talked to relatives. It was to be my first tattoo and I wanted to get it right. I walked in to Native Rituals and was immediately impressed with their welcoming. I've been in other tattoo shops and felt like I was the old guy who didn't belong. I was introduced to David and showed him my concept drawing. David was very knowledgeable and assured me he could make my concept even better. I came back in an hour (they were already very busy when I walked in as soon as they opened at 2:00pm). David had drawn a great drawing based on my concept and was very reassuring. Mind you this was my first tattoo at age 55 and David was very attentive. He explained everything he was doing and made me feel very comfortable. Not only was there very little pain but David had a great sense of humor. I would highly recommend Native Rituals to a first timer like me or an old pro looking for another tattoo.

I had my belly button done originally on my 18th birthday, and I went to one of the only places open on a Sunday night for it, which just so happened to be a little shady of a place. My first belly button piercing was incredibly painful, and I got some pretty terrible advice on how to clean it. I admit though that I also had a part in getting an infection 8 months later. It's been almost 3 years since I first got it done and wanted to repierce it again but wanted to do it the right way this time around. I heard and read great reviews about this place, so I went there to see if they could even do my piercing. Angie, one of the piercers, took a look at it and determined that I had a lot of scar tissue from the first piercing, but said she could do it. She was so clean while sterilizing everything and changed her gloves like 5 times while handling everything in the room. I was expecting to have a lot of pain like the first time, but Angie did such a wonderful job that on a scale of 1-10 the pain was probably a 3 at most! I'm DEFINITELY going back to her for all my piercings in the future!

So rude! I called to ask a few simple question and the man who answered the phone was so unbelievably rude! He talked to me like i was 5, as if my questions had no validity. I was terribly dissapointed because i had a girlfriend who got one done there and raved about the place, but the 3 minute conversation i had with the man was enough to turn me away forever. I know nothing about the work they do there other then the 2 inch sister knot my friend got from there but their costumer service was seriously lacking.

i went in there to get piercings and i thought that they were amazing. johnny was the piercer and he was so sterile he probably changed his gloves like ten times through out the whole process and showed me that everything was sterile and walkd me through how he was going to do everything. he was completly professional i highly recommend everyone to go there.
