Would rather check your credit before they show you any work or any merchandise. Guess they fail to realize IF I DON'T LIKE IT, THE COST IS IRRELEVANT!! Poor customer service. I see a response but can't reply to it directly, so: I didn't bring in any photo. I inquired about work/artists for an idea and merchandise/ring - but the girl I talked to was so busy telling me how much the idea or each piece of jewelry would cost that I couldn't get a word in edgewise. And she was snotty about it. Really feel she was intimating that I wouldn't be able to afford what i asked about. News flash: This ain't my first rodeo. I'm covered in tats and your poor customer service at the outset of a transaction cost you a customer. If the customer isn't asking how much it costs, don't offer that information. Absolutely the best place to get tattoos or piercings. Koz is fantastic and all of my piercings have been nearly painless. Tattoos are also fantastic. This place is absolutely amazing! Julie has done all of my tattoos since I've started coming here and I refuse to go anywhere else. Her artistry is phenomenal; I'm always getting compliments on my half sleeve that she drew up herself. I carry her cards every where I go so whenever someone asks me who did my tattoo I can just hand them one of her cards. Absolutely will only come here for piercings, never had a problem, everything looks great, heals awesome. But the tattoos...mine faded terribly after a year & now a quote that my grandma told me all my life is supposed to mean the World to me and look ahh~mazing, doesn't look to great & was told a touch up would be $120 when I paid $180 for that tattoo. Just doesn't seem reasonable to me. I could understand if I was a difficult client who couldn't sit still, but common I goto sleep during my tattoos, completely still with no problems. i got a piercing done here a month ago and the place was great! everyone there was very helpful and nice. Koz the piercer did a great job and makes you feel very comfortable and safe when getting your piercing. Definitely a great place to go for piercings! ill be back again:) Read Less
