Honestly, this place doesn't even qualify enough to have customer service. They never acknowledged my friend and I until we were there for over 30 minutes, that being said it wasn't even that busy! At least not busy enough to ignore potential business... Also once we did receive help the woman never asked to see ID she just jumped right in to getting the work done, she never even told us her name. The whole experience was weak, unacceptable, and upsetting. I would not recommend going here unless you really don't have much self respect for how or what you choose to put on your body, that or any real logical judgement at all... also we waited here for nearly two hours.. and they had two people working, one doing all the work, the other doing nothing. Got my first tattoo with them and will never go anywhere else. Took extra steps to make sure my tattoo was exactly what I wanted before starting. Everything was sterile and the artist wore a mask. Aftercare was clearly written out as well as instructed to ensure the best outcome. Environment is relaxed and a lot of fun. Also had my son in for a piercing. The procedure was explained step by step and everything used was sterile. Aftercare was once again verbally explained and given in writing. New to me is a 1 week follow up your make sure everything is healing. I have never had anyone else do this. Absolutely recommend and I won't go anywhere else.Read Less

Love the staff here. They are quiet fun to talk to and listen to. They are very unique and you'll never find anything with the atmosphere they have. The tattoos are amazing! I would totally recomend going here. They gave me all the information I needed and wouldn't let me buy anything too early (a nose ring) because I would have been tempted to put it in too early. This is the most unprofessional tattoo studio I have ever been to. I paid a deposit and gave and image of what I wanted for my tattoo almost a month and a half ago. After I called and asked to see a rendition of the tattoo almost two weeks later I was shown something drawn by an apprentice. The overall drawing was ok. The lettering for the words looked like a child had drawn it. I left several detailed critiques on the proposed work. I have still heard nothing. I gave my dead...line for the work to be done and it is fast approaching. At this point I have been in the shop five times. All of which have been during what should be peak business hours. The tattoo "artist" has never been present. Today I went in to ask again. Of course the "artist" was not there at 7pm. I asked for my deposit back and the only employee they had said he was not surprised. He did not give me my money he walked around and basically ignored my request. If you are in the market for a serious tattoo do yourself a favor and go to another shop. This one apparently only caters to the drunk college kids who will inevitably regret their decision. Shawna pierced my nose for my 30 year celebration of not smoking.. It was quick, not as painful as I was afraid it would be! Bought a beautiful nose ring to put in after the nose healed, which healed with no problems following her advice and using the materials and directions she gave me The placement is where I wanted it to be and straight. John did a custom drawing for me of a turtle with my sons initials blended in the shell design to put on my shoulder. It was the one and only tattoo I've ever wanted and I waited 20 years to get. Got home and realized he had missed some lines so my turtle only had three legs. He said he'd fix it when it healed. He PROMISED ME that it would look great and I wouldn't be able to tell it was messed up. Well he RUINED it! The leg lines he had missed were still on my back (from whe...re the stencil ink blocked some color shading) so all he had to do was follow those lines and shade it in!!! I even showed him exactly that on a pic I had taken of the tat. He wanted to do it another way. I told him again to follow those lines so it looked like it did on the drawing (which he didn't have). When I saw the "fix job" it made me sick. He did not add the leg in the right place, the leg shape is NOT EVEN CLOSE to being uniform to the other 3, and is not even the same color that was used originally!!! And all he really says is yeah I missed lines on other people before and that's how i would have drawn it up. Ummm..no you didn't. Cuz i NEVER would have approved a drawing of a turtle that had 3 straight legs and 1 oval one!!! I am absolutely devastated!!! All I can do is cry..John ruined this tat that meant so much to me.. and it's killing me that now I have to hide it until it heals (again), and then go get it covered up with some other tat that I don't even want!!! Had an awesome experience. Everyone who works there are super friendly, down to earth, appropriate, good common sense. Very clean and sterile, saw biohazard bags. Chairs very comfy. Piercing area is away from the tattooing area. Didn't have to wait forever. They give very good explainations on aftercare and preventing infections. Very superb! Read Less
