Oh My God! Is what I have to say-Gayle was awesome, kind, patient and very professional. I found her information through google. I called, asked questions and said I’d call back. I called back and she was very warm took the time to answer all my questions and explain to me the two options available for my brows. The powdering process was the option I decided to go with and let me tell you. I have no regrets. My brows were very thin with no content. When I left Body Works by Gayle. My brows were perfect, it was not a long drawn out process. The facility is very warm and inviting, Gayle is clean and explains to you what she is doing as she works on you. I haven't had eyebrows in years. Penciling them in was always difficult. How in the world do you apply makeup when you need strong glasses? Magnifying mirrors barely helped. Both my sisters and my mother had gone to Gayle and they look great, but for some reason I resisted. What a fool!! I now have beautiful eyebrows and upper eyeliner. My tiny eyes pop! I have been penciling in my missing eyebrows for a decade or more when a friend referred me to Gayle. I am so happy and pleased with the results I have from her eyebrow shading tattoo. I've been going to Gayle since 2006, she first did permanent makeup on my lips, liner & lips. I did my research and chose Gayle to do my eyebrows, eyeliner and lip color. She is extremely thorough: she first counseled me on which colors look best with my skin tone, and we tested colors before she applied them. For each of the eyebrows, eyes and lips, each line is perfect, smooth and even. She filled in each crevice in my lips so the color is very even and smooth. I love how all three look so natural - an enhancement of my natural coloring. She also checked in with me a few days after application to ensure that everything was healing properly and advised me what to do to enhance healing time. I am absolutely thrilled with the results!! WOW!! I feel like a new woman! I went to Gayle because I was tired of the hours it took to draw my eyebrows on. After many hours, they didn't even look right. Gayle is absolutely amazing and I thank God I found her. After just 5 minutes of talking with her, I felt like I knew her forever. I went to Gayle after even my husband started noticing that my eyebrows were disappearing because of age-related hair loss. I did a lot of research on other permanent cosmetic specialists before I chose her and she was by far the most experienced. Gayle has been doing hair removal since 1988 and permanent cosmetics since the 1990s. She is also certified as a permanent cosmetics trainer. She gets many referrals from cosmetic surgeons for patients who need corrective or reconstructive work due to birth defects, cancer treatments, accidents, burn trauma, or alopecia. In other words, she knows what she's doing.She's also not cheap, but then you get what you pay for. After hearing horror stories from friends who had had botched eye tattooing done by cheaper but less experienced technicians, I figured it was well worth the extra money to have the job done right. Gayle did not disappoint me. She exactly matched the color of the ink she used on my brows and eyes (I also had permanent eyeliner done while I was at it) to complement my skin tone and did such a good job applying it that I needed only minimal touch-ups at my post-operative checkup (which she does at no charge as long as it takes place within a month after application). She also offers package deals if you get more than one procedure done at a time, and discounts if you pay cash since it eliminates check processing fees. It was worth every penny to have eyebrows again!Some cautions: if you get your eyebrows done, prepare yourself (and your family and friends) to look like Joan Crawford for about a week after the procedure. It takes that long for the excess pigment to wear off. And yes, it does smart to have tattooing applied around the eyes, so you may need ice packs and ibuprofen for a few days.
