Beau is absolutely phenomenal. Every time I have walked into the shop I get greeted with a friendly smile by him. He will squeeze you into the schedule where he can as soon as possible. Clean and hygienic practices. Their sharp needles equal less pain. There is no comparison to this shop and Euro in Rockford. My piercings healed very well and fast vs other places. The tattoos and artists are great, a family member said how much less pain getting a tattoo here felt compared to other places he has gone. Great staff and owners who take pride in their work. I got my first ever tattoo with Tora today and she was awesome! I got something that was very special to me from my mom and she was so careful to try and match the colors exactly. She made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I stopped checking her work more than half way through cause I was confident in her work. The shop was extremely clean and everything was opened and done in front of me. I would recommend this shop and Tora to anyone. If I ever get another tattoo I know where and who I'm going to. Took my daughter here to get a cartilage piercing. She wanted a front helix, but Gary was upfront and said it wouldn't work well for her ear. I really appreciate his honesty as the piercing we went with cost less, but he was more concerned about her happiness with her piercing. The shop is very clean and all new tools were used. Seen Tora & Chad for tattos. Both did outstanding! Not a huge fan of needles so I get squeamish but both of them made it so relaxing, I didn't even pay attention to the fact that a needle was penetrating my skin.lol Not only that but the shop is such a fun atmosphere.
