I was a little apprehensive about getting my tattoo done this time around ( my 3rd at Tattoo City) only because I was having it done by another artist, Jonathan Norman. My previous were done by Zeek but he left to open his own place. Anywho, not only did Jonathan put me at ease right off the bat, he created a design on my right foot that complimented the ankle bracelet, ( which he also touched up for me) on my other foot perfectly! And a big shout out to Tattoo City for sending me a Birthday Greeting along with a $50. Gift Certificate every year! It's not what keeps me coming back for more but it sure is a great bonus. Tattoo City is AWESOME! They are super professional, and do great work! Currently getting my 3rd tattoo done here and Chucho is the man! He always makes the sessions go by fast and is a super cool guy. Would highly recommend him or any of the other artists in the shop. It is a bit pricy, but you get what you pay for. I came here and got a feather anklet tattoo done by Zeek and I'm obsessed with it! His work is gorgeous and the place is so clean! The staff is so sweet and friendly and Zeek was so gentle! I was nervous about getting a tattoo on my foot because I heard it's extremely painful but he was so gentle I barely felt a thing! I almost fell asleep. This place is awesome. I had to put my dog down yesterday and I decided that I was going to get her paw print. I walked into the door, and the first thing that catches your eye is all of the awards that they have won. The woman behind the desk (Michelle I think) was nice and down to earth, she went and got my artist Zeek who was really friendly. I came in after having a gift card for a year and I got amazing service and even seen apprentice Kodi White. I'm very picky but he knocked it out of the park. I was his 5th tattoo and gave him a hard one to do but he shocked me and himself. He asked Larry for help which I was glad he did it just shows he is a good student and want to learn. Picking my tattoo and my artist has taken me along time. My tattoo has taken me 2 years to choose. It represents all 3 of my babies. So of course I wanted it perfect. Every once in a while someone far exceeds your expectations and Jessica Weichers from Tattoo City is one of those people. She is an amazing artist who takes her work seriously. She made me feel relaxed and like what I wanted was important to her. I watched her talk to a couple of other people while I was waiting for my appointment and she managed to deal with all these people without making anybody feel like they were being hurried or rushed. That in itself is a rare talent. When I made my appointment with Jessica I brought some pictures with me to give her an idea of what I wanted. She turned my ideas into a work of art. I felt at ease from the moment I walked into the shop. My foot kept twitching and she was so patient with helping me to find ways to keep it more still. Jessica is very knowledgeable of the entire process of a tattoo. It was obvious that Jessica and the shop were very diligent in making sure that all sterlization and disinfection procedures were used. I wouldn't go anywhere else to get a tattoo! My boyfriend and I found this shop online and decided to check it out because of the great reviews. When we stopped in, we were immediately greeted and were given quotes for our designs. I was even offered to have my tattoo done that day, but I decided to wait a few weeks since I was to be camping. When I came back to get my tattoo, the artist Cody had drawn up something completely amazing. I told him that I was nervous because this would be my first tattoo and it was going to be on my ribs. Cody was very calm and assured me that he would help me out if the pain did get that bad. The tattoo took about 2 1/2 hours and not once did it get too bad where I had to stop! He did an amazing job and took great care of me. The other artists in the shop were just as friendly, inviting, and professional as Cody was. I walked in to set something up, the shop wasn't much to look at but I tried to talk to them anyway, I was told they were to busy to talk to me and they were booked too far anyway. If that wasn't bad enough I wasn't looked in the face once, they were too bust staring at my chest! I went down the street and was actually talked to like I was a person. Too bad for tattoo city I was ready to drop some money if they were decent artists I wasn't in there long enough to find out, but they most likely weren't because they couldn't manage to be decent people.
