As with most shops we were greeted when we walked in but then we started to notice a small difference that became more apparent the longer we were there. Our artist ( les Williams) was not only very helpful and receptive, but was some of the best conversation ive had on our trip! Clean shop, good , good music & and a great artist that was was eager to help two wondering out of towners!!!( even stayed a bit late to finish us up, not saying they will everytime ) Thanks for making chicago kick ass!!!!!!

I went in as a walk-in for a nose piercing and I'm so satisfied with my experience. The price was reasonable and Les was awesome! I pierced my nose a few years and had a bad experience but I have nothing but good things to say about my experience here. It was quick and (almost) painless, plus Les was comfortable and knowledgeable about the process and aftercare. I'll definitely be visiting again for any future piercings or tattoos.

Went there in Tuesday for my 5:00pm apppintment. We didn't get started until about 7:45. I helped them fix up the bathroom a bit hoping that maybe he would take some money off the price of the tattoo ...
Went there in Tuesday for my 5:00pm apppintment. We didn't get started until about 7:45. I helped them fix up the bathroom a bit hoping that maybe he would take some money off the price of the tattoo for helping them for almost 3 hours. Initially me and Jim agreed on 250 to fill in the rest of this tattoo, which is a pretty steep price anyway. He tried ripping me off and saying "I think we agreed on $400." He did not do a very good job on my tattoo either, now I have to get that redone by someone who knows what's they're doing.

Worst tattoo experience of my life...went to get a simple compass tattoo from Jus Jim, and Jus Jim switched the directions of East and West on the compass ( East was where West should have been and vice versa) when I confronted Jim about it and asked for some of my money back he got offeneded...I didn't think asking for only some of my money back was out of line seeing that he butchered the most important part of the tattoo and now I'll need to get a cover up tattoo...needle...ss to say I never got any money back and was stuck with the backwards compass that jus Jim gave me...Jim was completely unprofessional and acted childish upon confrontation...he was the one who made the mistake that will be on me the rest of my life and wouldn't even give me a dime back to make up for it....I love the shop itself it's where I got my first tatto and the owner George he is a fair man...but I will not be going back to this shop thanks to Jus Jim and the way he treated me after permanently making a mistake on my body. The last place I got my tattoo from was a joke. They never said much, and being my first tattoo, it wasn't a fun experience. This place however was AMAZING!! Frank did my tattoo, and made me feel at home. He showed me a bunch of his work, how the machine worked, and took me step by step with the process. It was honestly a great night. He's such a nice person, honest with what will look right, and does amazing work. Not to mention he saved my time even with a difficult customer demanding THEY take my time slot. I highly recommend.

As with most shops we were greeted when we walked in but then we started to notice a small difference that became more apparent the longer we were there. Our artist ( les Williams) was not only very helpful and receptive, but was some of the best conversation ive had on our trip! Clean shop, good , good music & and a great artist that was was eager to help two wondering out of towners!!!( even stayed a bit late to finish us up, not saying they will everytime ) Thanks for making chicago kick ass!!!!!!

I went in as a walk-in for a nose piercing and I'm so satisfied with my experience. The price was reasonable and Les was awesome! I pierced my nose a few years and had a bad experience but I have nothing but good things to say about my experience here. It was quick and (almost) painless, plus Les was comfortable and knowledgeable about the process and aftercare. I'll definitely be visiting again for any future piercings or tattoos.

I helped them fix up the bathroom a bit hoping that maybe he would take some money off the price of the tattoo for helping them for almost 3 hours.
