Honestly for me to be writing this just shows how much it has been on my mind and bothering me. So, I had Eli, who designed a beautiful tattoo for me. The issue for me was the pricing. It originally was going to be a half sleeve on the top of my arm from my shoulder to past the elbow. I told them my max price was $700, which seemed pretty fair. At the beginning he told me that he thought that he could do it cheaper than that. But my next visit, they told me it would be $700 and that going just a tad smaller would cut off $100. So, I eventually decided to go smaller, it now being from the top of my shoulder to a little over halfway down my bicep. Which in reality, ended up being way more than just a little bit smaller. Once we decided that, I also asked him if he could add a few words to the tattoo. I understand that you, "shouldn't expect a deal," at this place, if you haven't seen the sign hanging in their office, or most places in general. But as a customer, I shouldn't have to expect to be ripped off either. I would recommend getting estimates at other places first if you can. Eli's a nice guy and is very talented but not worth $300 per hour for something he even told me was simple. Read Less
