Just got my first tat from Popeye. I'll be back my brotha! For as much work as he did on this one, it seemed like he undercharged me, so of course he got a tip. Great conversation and awesome work, took him a pic of what I wanted and he freehanded it from looking at the pic, a true artist, perfectionist, and all around awesome dude. Can't wait for the next one! I had an appointment, still had to wait a bit, as he was pretty busy, but with all conversation, joking, and laughing going on, it didn't seem like more than a few minutes to wait. Great people,got two great tattoo's wife got her first one ever. Popeye took his time and gave her a great first experience. The staff was great everybody was very very pleasant. It was done very professional clean place. What impressed me is a young gentlemen came in before any talk about any work they carded him to check his age.
