Got a neck dermal about two weeks ago for some reason I’m having an allergic reaction to it I’ve been trying to get ahold of the shop for two days now to remove it and they won’t answer the phone. Dad has been coming in to get his hair cut for the past few years now. He was diagnosed with lung cancer last month. When the time came to shave, it made sense to come to the place mom and dad enjoys! The staff are so much fun and really take time to listen to how you want your hair done. I have had a design that I have wanted tattooed for a while . I went in and showed Roger and he was more than happy to do the work. He also did my daughters first tattoo and we were very happy with the results. Bams is very professional , affordable, and all equipment is sanitized. I would recommend Roger and Bams to all. I tell ya it's terrible to go have your hair done and laugh and have such a good time the whole time your there ;) No where else can you go and feel like your with family. Was greeted at the door, was told Roger was tattooing til 3 so went back, got right in & was very impressed that everything for my daughter's cartilage piercing were in sterilized pkgs, he made her feel comfortable as she's 13 & explained everything he was doing through the process. Be back in for her hair trim!! Also was very unexpected that it was only $20! I expected a charge for the stud she chose as well which was great, better tip to Roger! Thanks again! I had the worst experience ever coming to this salon. I went in to get an ombré and came out with greenish grey hair! Brittany was the one who messed me up but She did offer to fix it so I went back in a week later to get it fix and this time I left with 3 colors blue gold and black! My hair has still not recovered from all of the processing it took! It has been 2 1/2 months!!! I would never go back to this salon even if it were free!! Worst unprofessional place ever!! Read Less

A friend of mine just come in on Friday and got her hair done... 5 hours...and $140 later it looked like complete crap... she was offered to stay and have it "fixed" but who inbthere right mind would want to stay any longer??? Already being there 5hours... had 3 different process done to her hair and it still not be right... she wanted a ombre and it was far from what she wanted... I have now searched through pics and even found that what she wanted is possible but how hers is so bad I just don't understand... this is not the 1st time someone I know has went and left unhappy!!! I got three dermals on my face from Roger. I was able to message him and send him pics if I thought something was wrong. He kept telling me to come in, I never made it over that way but he said he would have worked the one that was talking out, BC my body rejected it. Bams chop shop also have cut mine and my first sons hair. Never had a problem. Definitely wouldn't recommend this place! I was quoted 90$ for all over color and Hilites, went to the salon sat for 6 hrs, she bleached my hair from brown-black to blonde then put a reddish brown color on it with blonde hilites, not once ever told me that my bill would double or how to take care of my hair.  9 days later after only washing it 5 times with luke warm water, and the only heat ever applied was drying it 3 times, also used a color safe shampoo my once beautiful hair was a shade of orange. I contacted Bam and she accused me of doing something wrong even though I told her time and time again I did not use hot water I did use a color safe shampoo and I did not apply heat to my hair except for drying it 3 times. I was quoted for $90 my bill at the end of the night was $190 definitely do not go to this place unless you have double what you were quoted for and if you only want your hair to look decent for less than two weeks after spending a lot of money to get it done.
