I got tattooed here almost a year ago and really didn't want to write a review. I recently got a tattoo at a very professional, very well know shop in Milwaukee and the tattoo artist assured me I got a bad tattoo. The story is, one night after a concert a friend and I decided to get band tattoos. It was late and I googled tattoo shops open after midnight. We drove an hour to the shop and immediately it was probably a sign, but the door was locked and had to call them to unlock the door. The shop is ornately themed in medieval motif with mirrors literally everywhere. It had a round table, and a bathroom solely lit with a black light...Now let's get to the tattooing part, the owner artist had us type out our tattoos on a desk top computer he probably bought in 2003. Thinking that this tattoo artist would have enlarged the text because it was in 12 point cursive font, my friend got the worlds smallest tattoo. I however have 20 point Times New Roman that has blurred together and now looks like I have morse code as a tattoo. The artist did my whole tattoo single needle (making it the most painful tattoo I have to date) it's in my thigh so it shouldn't have been that bad. I remember thinking that it was weird that he had to look through a magnifying glass to do a tattoo on my leg, but I was in to deep to turn back. When the artist was done he cleaned me up and used paper towel and painters tape as a bandage. The kicker was that it was a cash only shop, so I had to leave my friend as collateral to drive 5 blocks to a 7-Eleven to pull out cash for the both of us. The assistant in the lobby told us she was high on Xanax, and the artist lives one room over from where you get tattoos! This experience might not be the same for everyone so take my story how you want. But I really should have read some reviews before going to this place to have something on my body forever. I don't write bad reviews but I thought this place had finally closed.I came here two years ago because my "friend" was the "shop girl." The hours are weird. I had the same situation where I showed up at 9Pm for my appointment and 10:30 and no one was there, doors were closed. Texted my girl and she kept saying he should be there. I had to wait for her to get there. The place is gorgeous inside don't get me wrong. I pay gooood money for my Tattoos/Piercings and have over 30 tattoos but figured she wouldn't send me to a shitty place. I kept having anxiety and a few times I was going to back out...but I didn't.Man, I should have. His chair kept flipping and the whole time the owner was tattooing my hip I thought the chair was going to collapse. On top of that, the way he tattooed me...was weird. He kept the needle in one spot...then swooped, always like he was falling asleep! He also repierced my nipple and did my eyebrow. Which they had no proper jewelry. I had a curved eyebrow post with TWO DIFFERENT BALL colors and they were huge!The tattoo looked nice. Fast forward a week or so after and it was turning yellow and green. I have NEVER gotten an infection! I texted my girl the picture of my hip tattoo. A spot had ink missing and yellow color. She said, "His tattoos don't do that." Well...IT DID! She offered me nothing, no talking to the owner, no advice. I went to some of my best tattooer friends and they told me how to care for it and thankfully it healed up...with all the BLACK falling out. My tattoo artist redid it and thinks he went too deep but didn't pack in color, along with crappy equipment. My eyebrow I took out, it never really healed correctly. The reason it took me over 2 years to review was because I swore the Health Department shut them down. Again, I don't write bad reviews. But he's still butchering people apparently. Take it from a girl who has a lot of quality work. Be aware. If you want to get a simple piercing, maybe...but don't risk it. Read Less

I would give 0 stars if I could. They are completely unqualified to preforming ANY body modifications. Split a girls tongue with SCISSORS, instead of the SANITARY AND PROFESSIONAL WAY WITH A SCALPEL. Should not be allowed to touch anyone Read Less
