Dawn Grace is the most professional, compassionate and dedicated tattooer around. She clearly works daily at perfecting her craft and preserving the integrity of her industry and her work. I would recommend Dawn at Bella Rose Tattoo to anyone. I have sent every member of my family to her for their special pieces. I board an airplane to travel from Atlanta to see her. It's absolutely worth the distance and the time.
