The staff was warm and welcoming when we arrived, brought us the paperwork right away which was rightfully very detailed. I noticed right away how incredibly clean the place was from the bathrooms to every other area you could eat off the floor. Definitely bodes well when you see that kind of commitment to hygiene. Everyone here were all very welcoming and friendly. I went in last Saturday for a piercing and Wes was very nice and professional. He waited for me to collect my nerves before we began and made the experience quick and surprisingly not as painful as I thought it would've been lol. Will definitely be returning. Read Less
