I have gotten a few tattoos there as well as coming in to buy a new septum ring and have my old one changed out for the new one. The 1st tat I LOVED the artists job on it, not very painful, did good solid line work, only needs 1 or 2 touch ups from some spots where the ink didn't take so well. The piercing change went great, I'm going back today to have him swap it again for a gold hoop! And the 2nd and 3rd tat I had done was by the owner, also a great guy who me and my husband and dad and step mom had great chat with the whole time, jammed to music, met his daughter I think, and it was a blast, great work and minimal pain, good art prep, didn't mind me having my girls sit with my family and hang out while I got it done (they stayed out of the sterile areas in the waiting area and had a great time!), it was all excellent! He had me send him a pic of what I wanted, got back to me within minutes with a price and time to come in. I have come here for all my tattoos, and highly recommend it! Last night I went in for my first eyebrow piercing, I filled out the paperwork and was immediately taken back. The girl who did was so sweet, and we were laughing the whole time during prep. Finally came time for the pierce, and she couldn't of been more perfect. Had a nose stud too short that I'd gotten elsewhere, the piercer was rude there so I called here not expecting much but was told to come in and they'd take a look. A friend and I got matching tattoos of a small flower on our ears in June by Dave at the St. John location. It was a walk-in visit, but he informed us that he was part owner and his work looked nice from what we saw so we trusted him. Worst mistake ever. Not only does mine look like my ten year old neighbor drew it on with sharpie, the colors are not even close to being shaded/faded together. Just blobs of color. My friends looks even worse as Dave drew on a random sixth petal, much smaller than the rest, cause he didn't proportion them right. The sad part is, our tattoos are bad, but his attitude was even worse. I heard the other artists are awesome though, I wish we would have planned that out better so we wouldn't have to look at this junk everyday. Read Less

I have three tattoos, and I have gone to three different places. Not only was Joe / cry babies very professional and got me in on a Saturday night, But the price was great and Joe was awesome. He drew up exactly what I wanted, and then tatted me. One of the best experiences I have ever had! I will most definitely go back, not just for tatoos either.
