The owner is nice and polite but does not know how to run a business. I made an appointment 2 months ago for a 7 hour session and showed up 15 mins early. Dave accepted a walk-in and I sat for an hour. Horrid I txt him a few times with pics and ideas and never heard back a few days after I made appointment. I talked to him on phone and he said he would read my txt. Nothing.Imo don't come here at all. Joey is the only decent artist that I've seen there. I saw Joey Malia's artwork and fell in love with his art style so I finally decided, after 6 years, that I found someone with the talent to tattoo the project I want to get. I have had three sessions of 6 hours so far and the work has come out amazing. I had a prior tattoo on my hip that I asked him to blend into the tree that I was adding and he did an amazing job connecting the two. Then for the tattoo, I asked for a maple tree but I wanted it to look at though it was a painting than true realism. He came up with the idea to make the leaves look like brush strokes and it came out looking just like that. I am so happy with his work and he described his vision for a scenic backdrop that I cannot wait to have done! Read Less

Worst owner of a tattoo shop ever!!!!! Went to get a matching wedding ring tattoo like my husband. went to see the owner Don. .. took forever to draw it up and it was the worst tattoo ever. . all smudged up on one side, not finished on the other side and the lines were way off in the middle. I was so upset as my husband was too.. called multiple times and didn't get a phone call back. ..asked for partial refund and was denied. Don said to come in to fix it... why on earth would I want you to fix it after you f***ed if up to begin with????? I finally got it fixed and looks beautiful by a professional artist.I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.. something with such meaning and importance was mutilated.. DO NOT go to Bubba,unless you want crappy customer service!! I can't speak for the other artists, but to pay a $20 "drawing fee" and then give a $30 tip after spending $400, my husband called to have some small details added(which Bubba offered) and never got a return phone call back!!! I have gotten two tattoos from this place and was never unhappy with the work that I have gotten. All my friends go there to get thier work done, and I would honestly not go anywhere else.
