Waited over three hours for a nose piercing that took three minutes while another girl walked in and had her tongue immediately pierced. The lady took over an hour on a tattoo that should've taken thirty minutes maximum. They took multiple breaks in between anything that they did. Wiped off a table? 30 minute smoke break. Talked to a customer? Hour midnight snack break. When my friend finally got her nose pierced he put a 14 gauge CARTILAGE PIERCING through her nose rather than the traditional 18/20 gauge that should be used for a nose piercing?! What qualified piercer does that?! When she felt light headed after getting her nose gauged to the incorrect size the lady wouldn't let me( two year med student who is obviously more qualified And has more common sense than these people) come back to make sure she was okay. Cleanliness not at an all time high. Daughter was at work with him. Not impressed. Absolute worst experience I have ever had and I've been to many places. Would not recommend. Tattoo work that I saw that night was not spectacular it was average. and the poor boy that the lady took over an hour on a thirty minute maximum tattoo will definitely have issues with it. Came into the shop, made an appointment for TWO WEEKS. Called them 4-5 times between those 2 weeks , no answer .the day of my appointment comes and not only do they not answer the phone once again, but they were close on the day of appointment that I had scheduled 14 days in advance . I got 6 out of my 7 tattoos there and I love each one, the work is great! Kevin did 3 of them, there all a couple of years old and kept color really well. They always make me feel very comfortable when  I'm in there. I've also got a few piercing there as well and have no complaints. Annette also did one of my tattoos, I don't know if she is still apprenticing but she was at the time, so I was a little nervous about her work. However, I had no reason to be. Her work was neat, clean and the tat came out wonderful. I have to mention as well that she is such a sweetheart who really cares about how you feel about your experience. As a woman, going into tattoo parlors full of men can be worrisome, but the guys there have always been super professional and never inappropriate. The pricing is extremely fair. These guys are the best shop i have ever seen. Neal did one of my pieces, 8 years ago,  and it looks no more than a year old. Everyone compliments it constantly. Kevin did two of my other ones and he always does an amazing job. I even trust him to add his own flare to my tats. I give him an idea and he perfects it. He also did one for my wife, mother-in-law, sister, uncle, and numerous friends. We always go to Kevin and his tats always come out perfect, no matter what.
