My sister and I were visiting from out of town and decided we both needed helix piercings for our souvenirs. This was the only tattoo/piercing place in town with extended hours so we chose them. Nathan took such good care of us! He gave us a very thorough, unhurried consultation. He used an autoclave to sterilize everything (hospital style), and was meticulous in his work and client satisfaction. The shop is nice, clean, and has a friendly, helpful staff. So last month I came in for my 18th birthday and I, along with my mother and friend, all made appointments to get a tattoo that day. I will say that I did show up a couple minutes late and that was my bad, it was a really busy day. Well lets start with the shop hand, the piercer I presume. He's overall extremely unapproachable about most things and I'll explain...someone who works in the body mod industry, I agree, you should always be cautionary and let your clients know the risks of whatever procedure you're asking for but, there is a very fine line between doing so and being very condescending and honestly just disrespectful of both the client and the industry. I asked him about a tongue piercing and for 10 minutes this shop hand not only bashed the piercing itself but also anyone who has or wants it, said words like "stupid" and "crazy." I will say the tattoo artists themselves were very nice and very accommodating. My mother, friend and I all walked out happy with our new tattoos. But then that leads me to the next part...Not once did anyone ask for ID or have us sign anything for consent, nothing anything close to protocol took place in the 6 hours we were in the shop. My mother, I can understand, but both me and my friend are often mistook for being 13-16. When you first walk in it seems extremely professional and pretty strict about their rules but after a few minutes nobody really cared. Point being this shop kinda put a really bad taste in my mouth by the end of my visit and I'm sad to say I probably won't be visiting again. Being a month into being an adult, I've already experienced a being a client at multiple stores and this is by far the worst out of the few. Read Less

made apt  with a 50 dollar deposit. they didn't honor the apt and tried to keep my deposit unless I paid another 50 for a small tattoo. the tattooist was great  but the desk staff doesn't know there heads from holes in the ground. I will never go back and I don't advise anyone else either. Read Less

I went to their Friday the thirteenth deal, and was completely turned against Piasa...first you paid before you ever got your tattoo and had to wait a ridiculously log time to get it. I was number 18 on the list but waited 8.5 hours for a tattoo because they do it by artist and some artists were way slower so those people had to wait longer, and there were no refunds, which they NEVER told you until someone had demanded their money back because Brett yelled at him for having his 11 and 8 year old daughters in there, which on the sign on the door says as long as they are over 7 it's fine, so either you waited there a ridiculous amount of time if you lost your money...now the tattoo was really good and clean? It was my first one and I was happy with it? Except my artist, Chris Hinkle never told me how to care for it afterward and he knew it was my first tattoo, I'm happy I was with people who already had tattoos...and the guy Brett, was the biggest asshole all night for absolutely no reason? He's the biggest reason I refuse to go there, I can get the same quality tattoo at Integrity... Read Less
