I’ve had 3 tattoos done by Kayla. The first one was well-done and professional. The second was a lot less professional; while sketching my tattoo, she was eating and stopped several times to talk to her boyfriend. After undressing, she left me sitting shirtless for about 45 minutes to pierce someone who had just walked in, and still hadn’t finished my sketch. Despite this bad experience, I went to Kayla for a third time with a design I had drawn myself. Though the in-shop experience was a lot better this time, the tattoo didn’t look very much like the drawing, and got infected within five days. I have over 25 tattoos, take very good care of them, and have never gotten an infection before. While I realize this doesn’t mean I’ll never get an infection, it’s infected in the darkest part of the piece where she pressed too deep. After using topical creams and taking antibiotics for two weeks, the tattoo was still infected, so I went to show Kayla. She was utterly disinterested, told me I could get an infection ‘from literally anything the minute you walk out of the shop,’ and would not even look at the tattoo. My experience overall has been extremely hit or miss, and the misses are not worth the hefty price tags and complete apathy I’ve encountered here. Read Less

Amazing shop.. Very clean, professional, helpful, with hands down some of the best artists in the area. Especially if you're looking for some American Tradtional work. They would not give a refund for a tattoo not received. The receptionist was extremely rude. She thought we were talking about her and went off on us out of no where. I decided I no longer wanted to get my first tattoo at this establishment and they refused to do a refund. Read Less

Kayla pierced the helix of my right ear. She was quick, clean, and professional. The shop is clean and very well-decorated. The staff there is very welcoming. He is a super nice guy with lots of knowledge and definitely knows what he's doing. The other employees at this place are extremely friendly and super talented as well. I highly recommend gettin any work here! They have great deals and also accept walk in appointments too. They're very versatile in style and create any looks you'd like! Probably the most pleasant experience I have had at a tattoo shop. Very clean. Very inviting. Everyone is cheerful and kind. Great atmosphere. Kyle tattooed my face and it was so nice that I'm going back to get the other side done. Definitely worth the hour+ long drive from Eureka MO. Read Less

Me and my husband went here for the first time the other day! It was the best experience we had in a tattoo shop by a landslide! Our artist was named Lou and he was AMAZING! Between me and my husband we have been to 9 different artist for or various tattoos but now the only artist we will ever go to is him. He was polite, fun to work with, and did simply fantastic work (and trust me I'm PICKY About what is going to go on our body's forever). Seriously can not stress enough this guy rocks. Unfortunately I can't remember the guys name, but last night I got my 15th tattoo at this shop. I am currently in the process of having a forced miscarriage and needed a beautiful piece to remember my little one by.. When he finished I had a complete break down. The atmosphere was amazing. Jeremy and Kyle were the only ones tattooing when we were there Saturday and they are both incredibly nice guys.
