I was not impressed and, in fact, I was disappointed. Russell's actions and words were unprofessional. He was rude, unhelpful, he was careless when I asked him for help. He spoke about his personal at home issues for everyone to hear. I had him do some work that did not turn out good. I paid a big price for this work. If you are a woman, don’t expect Russell to treat you with respect. I’ve been to many tattoo shops, and this by far hasn’t been the worst experience. I was a first time customer and by now last.
