I went in to have a piercing traded out for an MRI I’m having done and after being told on the phone they could trade them out, I got there they said they couldn’t do it because of the insurance they carry. Poor customer service. I called in regarding an appointment and the gal answering the phone hung up on me after I asked my question. Called back, she answered and hung up. I used a different number, so she couldn't screen my call and phone number. She hung up on me after I asked my question. If this is how they treat their customers, I sure as hell wouldn't want anything permanent on my body from them. Find somewhere else. Read Less

Angel is a amazing person and artist. We drove over 7 hours for our son to get his first tattoo, Angel made him feel comfortable and did a incredible job on his tattoo. I highly recommend him, I would do the driving again. Very professional and clean. Read Less

Great work. Very honest and I got exactly what I paid for at the price quoted. I only worked with Angel and found him to be very honest and straight forward. I have talked to many others in this area and all have great things to say about his work. My current tattoo is about 6 years old and I will return this month for my second and last tattoo. Angel's Touch Tattoo is a rip off. I booked an appointment and was told they wanted $20 dollars put down that would be refunded if the appointment was cancelled at least a day before the appointment. I was sick and cancelled a few days in advance. I asked for my deposit back. He said we don't give it back but will allow you to change your appt. I told him my Dr. said I could not have a tattoo. He said well you don't get your money back. He never told me any such thing at the time I booked with him. Also there was nothing in the shop that stated this or on my appt. card. I argued with this kid for a while then hung up. Also-------- when I was at the shop, I took a young girl and boy with me. The girl is 19 and got a double piercing on the ear that she paid $50 for and when healed would have a bar put through it. After she had the piercing done we were watching the owner as he was drawing. He told this young girl, ""Were you told that a bar is included with this procedure that you just had."" She answered 'No I did not know that"". He said something like (I am the owner and it is, come back when the ear is healed to get the bar. She went back and the same kid that denied me my refund, told her 'Oh, I didn't charge you for that"". Sorry I can say truthfully the owner said this bar was included in the original charge and that I was told I would get my deposit back if I cancelled at least the day before my appointment. I wonder if this is how this shop operates or is this young kid ripping people off????? I personally will not return there if I am ever able to get a tattoo nor will this girl. We don't deal with dishonest people and will tell every one we know. Read Less
