Booked an appointment with jojo then ended up with someone else who said they knew how to do it even though i wanted jojo specifically because his knowledge. Took 2 hours of drawing when we gave pics in advance and now it looks like crud on the arm. Its not straight, its raised, it looks ugly. Will not go here again. What a bum experience this was. We called ahead, texted the images. Talked to one person, when we got there the next morning it was a completely different artist. We waited an hour just sitting on the couch only to have to talk to ANOTHER artist, who was clearly stoned out of his mind and they still were not ready to do even the smallest of tattoos. This place is very unreliable. I just wanted a simple ear piercing and they said that they could easily do it when the person was done giving a tattoo. I gave them my contact info and they said they'd be ready in an hour. I showed up early because I was very excited and then I get there and they said their person already went home. Before I go into detail about how amazing this shop and staff is, I am seeing that good reviews have been hidden probably by the few people that have left the shop unhappy, and it's pathetic anyone would flag POSITIVE comments just because they're in disagreement. Boo Hoo!Moving on... :) I have been in a handful of times, and so far have gotten 3 different tattoos at this shop. Two done by Desi that were larger pieces and totally beautiful. One was custom tailored to exactly what I wanted and more. She has turned my ideas into amazing pieces of art I couldn't have ended up with without her vision and talent. The actual experience has always been relaxing, easy going and smooth. Always healed up nicely and so much fun to show off afterwards. 11/10 recommend going to this lady for any ink needs or ideas to build on. - All the ladies for that matter are great artists and I would trust any of them to do great work. Not saying the men aren't as talented I just haven't had any of them do work besides Patrick, who'm I and two other friends got work done by the last time I went in. He did a crown on my shoulder and my friends, while Malania did our third friends matching tattoo. Super efficient and we all left happy with our work (: Fun atmosphere to be around, everyone works so well together and I feel like I'm in good hands when I'm there. FAVORITE TATTOO SHOP IN CDA! If you want a cheap rinky dink place to come to this is it.. But they charge the same as other places. No room to even get a tatoo. You literally pay 100's of dollars to have another customer touching you. Plus they have everything all set up when you start so no seeing them get out clean equipmemt or anything. the reason I am giving this place a 1 star is because it wont let me give it a zero star. jojo is a very unprofessional place. watch out!! they pierced my ear and first of all put a cheap piece of metal in my ear and they would not tell me what it was. they were not sanitary at all and had everything ready to go when I got there no sense of cleaning except swabbing my ear. sometimes cheap isn't always the best. he put in a hoop which I found out later from a professional piercer in a cartilage piercing you are supposed to a stud I am very disappointed with jojos and will not return and will stray others from this place also. Jojo did an amazing feather tattoo on my mom's, sister's and my foot. It was my first tattoo and he was very funny and did an excellent job! I had to get the tip of the feather touched up a few days after I got it done and Jojo did it quickly and free of charge.
