Poor customer service. I scheduled a consultation, which I arrived at on time to find the doors locked. The gentleman finally heard me knocking and let me in. He was nice but very distracted. A few mi...
Poor customer service. I scheduled a consultation, which I arrived at on time to find the doors locked. The gentleman finally heard me knocking and let me in. He was nice but very distracted. A few minutes later, another client arrived and I felt shuffled out. I scheduled an appointment anyways, thinking it was just a bad day.Several weeks later, I left a message to *reschedule* my appointment. After several days and no call back, I left another message to *reschedule*. A few days later and no response, I left a message to cancel. Within an hour, I got a voicemail back, stating this was the second message they left me to let me know they had gotten my message to cancel. Say, what? My previous messages were to *reschedule*. Either I minced my words (which I didn't) or they weren't really listening. Now I'm out a $20 deposit and several months.I will not be recommending them.

One of the best decisions ever! I was not scared of any pain which there was little to none, but more scared of the end result. Renée was extremely personable and professional she walked me through every step, numbing my eyebrows numerous times and letting me give my input throughout the entire process. My eyebrows are perfect now, they look real. I would strongly recommend anyone who wants this service to go to her. A true expert in her skill. FIVE STARS! Throw your eyebrow pencils/kits away along with your worries, a decision you won't regret.

If you are looking for cosmetic tattooing, Renee is the girl to go to. I've never had a tattoo, honestly not a huge fan of the idea, so when I decided to do the permanent eyeliner I was more then a bit nervous. Renee wad amazing though, she was soft spoken, she explained everything before doing it, and she paid attention to any tell tell signs of discomfort. Great attention to detail, and made sure that I was more then happy with everything. Not to mention the shop is super clean, and comfortable. Hands down one of the best experiences I've had in a tattoo shop, or customer service for that matter.

We were just in Saturday and these guys were great. We wanted a small, script tattoo done, and they did amazing. They took us as walk-ins, talked us through what my husband and I were wanting, and stayed late just to help us out! The script LOOKS GREAT, clean straight lines, that look amazing. I will happily post pictures when it is through healing. Plus, talk about clean, we watched them take down from the previous customers and set up my husband and I separately, being just as thorough between us as they were between myself and the previous customer! They were by far one of the most sanitary places I have been in. They were great, clean, and the conversation was great as well. Overall it was easily the best shop I have in as of yet! I would highly recommend them as well as visit them again.

Just when I think it can't be better Seth and Renee go and surprise me with their kind attention to detail and always going above and beyond. Being a nervous type I was naturally worried about anyone messing with my sensitive face. The confidence and care with which Renee went about doing my permanent cosmetic work made it a wonderful experience. From working on choosing the perfect color to checking in to make sure I was ok and happy with the progress/direction really put me at ease. My lip liner and eyebrows were done so well, was better then I could have imagined! Genuine quality in people and work is often hard to find. I'm a customer for life.

He has an eye for what suits the body for placement. He's my go to guy for any tattoo I want done! Renee does an amazing job on cosmetic tattoos, with all the same qualities as Seth! She has a great eye for what looks good on you and she's very gentle. My eyeliner looks amazing! These are two of my favorite people�Love their hearts and the work they do! Wish I could give them more stars!!

Seth was amazing!! I got my first tattoo done by him last weekend. Couldn't be happier with the results. He made me feel very comfortable and was very patient while I decided exactly how I wanted my tattoo. He made me laugh throughout the process and calmed my nerves the second I came through the door! His wife Renee at the front desk is so sweet, loved chatting with her as well. Great environment, professional, neat and organized. I definitely recommend, and will be going back! Thanks again Seth!

Poor customer service. I scheduled a consultation, which I arrived at on time to find the doors locked. The gentleman finally heard me knocking and let me in. He was nice but very distracted. If you are looking for cosmetic tattooing, Renee is the girl to go to. I've never had a tattoo, honestly not a huge fan of the idea, so when I decided to do the permanent eyeliner I was more then a bit nervous.
