Justin is SUPER unprofessional. HE NEVER SHOWED UP FOR MY APPOINTMENT! Then I was told he'd call me when he got into the shop two hours later. Never heard from him. I then called him then the shop multiple times over the next couple of days before he finally made the time to talk to me and never once apologized. Then he was SO rude. Said, "oh yeah, saw you left a voicemail, but never listened to it" and "I was going to text you but slipped my mind". Clearly the guy has a rockstar mentality and doesn't need new business, which is fine, tell me you don't care to do my tattoo and I won't schedule with you! I suggest getting him to give you the deposit so that he'll actually take the time to show up. Read Less

I loved this tattoo shop. I talked to the artists over the phone about my tattoo design and emailed them. They were so kind and helpful throughout the entire process. I get you have to wait months to get in so it can get annoying when you have to reschedule, but life happens. I had to reschedule in March because I was broke. I rescheduled for May and at the last minute I had to take my step kids (their mom was in the hospital after having a c section that was moved up several weeks due to complications) and couldn't find a sitter since my appointment was supposed to be over 5 hours long on a weekday. When I let Justin know, apologized, and practically begged him to reschedule one last time, he didn't even have the respect or decency to respond to me. I was expecting him to reschedule and say I needed to pay another deposit or something bc I had to reschedule.
