I have mixed feelings about this place. I went in yesterday to see how long it would take to get a small tattoo. When I walked in, an artist with a big flower-y tattoo on his neck was helping two other people (pre-tattooing, with paperwork at the counter) and did not acknowledge my existence. I kept waiting for him to acknowledge me to at least say he'd be with me in a moment, or someone else would be right back, but nothing. I sat there for 20 minutes while he got set up and started tattooing the first customer. I decided to leave. I was going to go to a different shop that I realized was closed, and I had seen someone walking into Devotion as I left (who I thought might work there). I was only in town briefly, so I decided to try once more, and if it didn't work out, it wasn't fate this time.Well, I walked in, and the first guy still ignored me for a few minutes. The phone rang, and a different artist came from the back to answer the phone. I saw that he was booking the person on the phone before I had even been spoken to, so I got up to make sure he saw that I was there. This artist was Dustin, and I'm sure he really didn't hear me when I came in the second time, but the first dude definitely saw and ignored me both times. I ended up getting the outline of Idaho on the inside of my ankle, and I'm glad I was able to get it while in Idaho. The placement is just right, it's a little big, but I did agree to that. However, the lines are not consistent. It's not horrible, but if you look closely you can see a couple of the straight lines bend a bit and one side is slightly thicker than the other. I'm sure I will be able to get it touched up and it's not a bad looking tattoo. I was just miffed by the way the first artist ignored me, and I feel like I spent a lot of money on something that took literally 1-2 minutes to tattoo. Read Less
