She doesn't try to rush you out the door. What I love the most was how she offers free consultations that are very informative, it gives you a chance to decide if you want to get it done. Chienya and Leilani went over paperwork with me so that I knew what to expect pre and post procedure. Then, Chienya asked what I wanted and also shared what she thought would look best and what she could do. During the procedure, Chienya and Leilani kept checking on me, asking how I'm doing/feeling, or if I was in any pain. I felt I was in great care. Chie...nya was consistent at communicating effectively each step: what she's currently doing, and what she's gonna do next. After the procedure, Chienya and Leilani went over aftercare (for the 100th time which is good so you won't forget!! Lol) and the importance of taking care your eyebrows afterwards. Both my mother and I went to Chienya to do our upper and lower eyeliners. Chienya explained every step as she performed our procedures. My mom was already nervous to get her's done, but she sat like a champ. I came back to Chienya for a touch up on my eyeliner and also decided to do my brows while I was there. OMGosh, I love it. Chienya knows how I like the natural look and that's exactly what she did. Her aftercare is on point.
