Got my nips pierced here while on vacay, great experience super professional and informative, however my piercing on nipple, side was crooked and wound up going through my nipple instead of under it and I didn't really notice until the swelling was down the next day, and also for my flatter nipples i wish they would've used longer barbells cause they sink in a bit when flat, but I probably should've done more research before getting them down so I could've asked specifically. So happy with my piercings! The piercer was very welcoming and nice. He was very knowledgeable and gave me great advice on the piercings and the after care. Other shops try to charge $65+ for a piercing which is a RIP. This shop is reasonable with their pricing. He allowed me to choose what kind of bar or hoop for the rook and conch and recommended some to me because some piercings might have been too long or short for when my ear might possibly swell a little after the piercing before it heals. I was toying around with the idea of getting a bottom lip piercing... Boredom? In need of change? Quarter-life crisis? Who knows! I got my Monroe piercing about 7 years ago which I let close up a while back so decided to get something just as fun again, but also a little different. My friends and I happened to be in the area today and a yelp search showed Smiling Devil was 5 minutes away. We just so happened to arrive right on the minute they open, so I was scared they might not be there yet. We waited outside the door and Reggie came out under 5 minutes later to let us in.It is a modest tattoo and piercing shop with a main room and a work room. I signed a waiver and picked my jewelry, the equipment was sterilized, my pierce location was sterilized, markings agreed upon, and we were ready! The piercing itself was painless I didn't feel a thing! It just felt like a cold metal passing through, I remember my Monroe feeling more pressure. I'm really happy with the end result and the speediness and cleanliness of the procedure. The lip piercing cost $30 and I purchased a saline solution for $10 to help speed up the healing. Went to this studio to get a rook & helix piercing.I'm not gonna lie....place was a little intimidating to walk into. But all of the employees were very nice.The piercings took no longer than 5 sec. ea. This does not include adding the jewelry/making adjustments.Piercer wasn't rushed. He was patient and took his time explaining what he was doing and what to expect. Reggie is the best! I got a rook piercing and I was a little nervous cause my last two cartilage piercings hurt (got them done elsewhere) but with this piercing, I didn't feel a thing. What can I say besides WOW! Awesome establishment, clean environment, and great prices!  Just a disclosure, what I'm about to talk about is having my nipples pierced. Boy oh boy was I surprised by how well it went considering I've heard multiple stories on how it goes down. My friend and I decided we wanted to get a couple piercings but our original piercer cancelled on us and we were so stuck on where to go. Few yelp pages later we found ourselves calling and asking if he was able to take walk-ins and if he was able to accommodate two people, it was around 8:00pm and he was really sweet on the phone and told us "for sure, I take my last walk-in around 9pm." Now heading down there the parking isn't the best but what do you expect? It's town, no place has decent parking. My friend and I were well informed on the disclosures and papers and all that really well. No questions on anything because he informed us so well. Now time for the piercing experience. This is for you ladies, it's tough to take your shirt off and expose yourself to a total stranger but not with him! Made me feel totally comfortable and definitely felt professional. He only uses clean and sterile products, changed his gloves every time he touched something new, cleaned off my nipples, cleaned off the jewelry, made sure everything else was sprayed down ,and when he was marking my nipples he was very precise and actually asked me if I liked where he put the placement. Now, onto the actual needle itself, he made sure I was calm and collected before he even touched ANYTHING. Told me that on my deep exhale out that it would go through and sure enough, it was smooth from there (yes there is pain but very minimal considering all I did was curl my toes) he told me to deep exhale one more time and the slid the bar in without any problems. I did both nipples and I can truly say, you want something even and someone that knows where it will accentuate your breasts? This is the shop to go to. He even told me if I didn't like the bars I can come back in and he'll help me change it for FREE. Gives you a whole list that explains how to take care of these bad boys and for how long. This guy is honestly so nice and considerate towards any customer & piercing that I can say he has a new regular customer. IF YOU WANT TO HAVE ANY PIERCINGS DONE THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!!!! Reggie is a great guy to associate with. He is a trustworthy and professional piercer. His prices and reasonable too. Ive been to him twice; the first time was to get my nipples pierced, the second time was to get my tongue pierced. My chest area of pain occurred within a matter of 4 days. The pair was $50 straight. No tax no fee. Although, he recommends which i also recommend that you buy his piercing spray for better and faster healing which is and extra $10. When you get a piercing done by him, you must be 18 and have an ID With you. When i got my tongue pierced, it hurt (obviously).  It took me about week and maybe 2/3 days to adjust to the swelling of my tongue. It was struggle to eat. I had to blend my panda express bowl :-(  but in the long run, my friends are amazed and i get complimented for it all the time! I went to this place to get my conch pierced. When I got in there the vibe was very chill. My friend and I sat on a couch, and within 5 minutes the piercer helped me. I appreciated how the music wasn't very loud. He was really nice and patient he answered all of the questions I had. The piercing itself was pretty quick. When it came to choosing the jewelry, he took his time and made sure it was the right size. He was really helpful with my other piercings I had problems with, and recommended what I could do to get rid of keloids. I was there for less then 45 minutes. It was nice because everything is straightforward here and it's a clean shop. Just a heads up it's cash only and the nice thing is it's a flat rate, there's no tax. First time here! shop is very clean and Reg was very chill to talk to. I came in to get my rook piercing done! I have quite a few piercings already so nothing was really new but this was my first ear cartilage piercing so i didn't know if it would hurt like my nose did. Reg asked me to inhale and exhale and i felt a slight pressure but no pain at all surprisingly! the only part that hurt a bit was when he had to change the hoop because the first one wasnt working but after that everything was great! he gave me aftercare instructions and I was on my way! just a little side note, this place is cash only but if you need cash, theres a 7-eleven really close by! This place is pretty great! I went here to get my first nose piercing with my friend and it went super smooth and great. The piercer was really nice and kind, he really has great service. The piercing was only 30 dollars but its only cash only. It was fast and he went over the procedures of cleaning and he even left his personal contact if anything went wrong. Upon calling prior to check if they take credit card or are cash only (They are Cash-Only!) and to see if I needed to call in an appointment or if I could just walk-in, I entered the shop and had Reggie approach me very promptly to ask what I would like today (I came in for nipple piercings), and to read the Terms and Conditions for body piercings and aftercare, and to sign in. The shop is tiny and well designed, so you know you're in good company. I was the only one in there, so Reggie and his apprentice piercer immediately set up for the session. I was very comfortable with the way it was set up, they lowered and closed the blinds and curtains in the back room after I entered, knowing I would have to remove my clothing and bra for the procedure. He cleaned the area, marked the insertions for positioning, and made sure I would see where they were going before he put the rings in.While I wish I could say it was both quick AND painless, it was absolutely a quick and comforting procedure. Reggie does his piercings, most of them from what I know, without a clamp, so its definitely less painful then usual. I have had my nipples pierced before this, and it was so much better this time around, with Reggie.After we were finished, I checked them in the mirror.. and they're fucking amazing! He made sure to go through the whole disclaimer and aftercare speech, along with giving me thorough instructions to take home with me, and that I am more then welcomed to come back if I'd like to replace the jewelry after they've healed. I definitely will come back again and refer this place to anyone else! I'm so happy I came here, and for $50 for BOTH.. that's a STEAL! Walked in around 8:30PM on a Satuday with my friend to get our ears pierced and there were no customers there so Reggie was able to take us right away.  Just a heads up, this place is CASH ONLY, which I failed to read on before going here.  Luckily, there's a 7-11 with an ATM right around the corner where I was able to get cash.  My friend and I both got a triple helix piercing and we were there for about an hour total.  My friend went first and I nervously watched as she got the front part of her helix pierced three times.  Everything went well and my friend was done in what seemed like no time.  I went next and got an outside triple helix piercing (if that's what it's called).  It felt like the second piercing was difficult to get the earring on, which was a little sore, but other than that everything went okay.  Reggie made sure that I was doing okay the entire time although (because I'm a baby) I was wincing in pain during the second piercing.  My friend and I both paid $70 for our piercings, which I felt was very reasonable.  He had told us in the beginning that 1 piercing would be $30.. so to get 3 for $70 was a steal.. especially comparing to other piercing / tattoo shops.  I would definitely recommend this place for piercings to friends and will come back when I get the urge to add another hole to my head.  :) Read Less

I came here to get my tragus pierced.  My piercer was Reggie, and he was awesome!  I had just expected him to find a spot and pierce like most places, but he actually drew three spots that were piercing possibilities on my tragus.  I didn't know which one I wanted so I asked him to choose what he thought would look best, and I'm glad I trusted his judgement! It looks so nice, I'm very happy with the results!  I was a little scared (butt sweating and all around nervousness) but Reggie helped calm me down and I'm really happy with his work!  I've had my tongue pierced by him before at this location and he made me feel relaxed and distracted me while he did his work.  It barely hurt, just a pinch!  Definitely come here if you want a piercing done by a true professional! I never thought I would EVER do this but here I am at 25, getting my septum pierced. At this point I have removed all my previous 21 piercings, leaving only my gauged ears but here I am at Smiing Devil, piercing my Filipino nose.Reggie was super nice and funny, made the process that much more comfortable. He showed me the 14G but I wanted to go with the 16G because it was less...bull-like nawi'msayin.He explained that 16G would be irritating and that I would have to keep adjusting it but he said it was my decision. DUH of course I went for the smaller one haha. He cleaned out my nose (thanks man) and everything was sterile and clean. He explained what he was going to do every step of the way which was nice.After my nose was pierced (feels like someone squeezing the blackheads out of your nose gross but it's an accurate description) my eyes teared up like crazy which lasted for like 10 seconds.
