Took my 16 year old daughter here for a cartilage piercing. From the beginning, Tony was very courteous and so responsive to all of my questions. Tony is very knowledgeable, he's been doing piercings for years! He made my daughter and I feel so comfortable. It was quick and painless (according to my daughter)! Although the procedure was short, he made sure that we left with all our questions answered and that we had an understanding of how important it was to keep the area clean. 6 weeks later, I contacted Tony wanting him to change out my daughters jewelry to a stud (his recommendation) because her basketball season is starting soon and hoops or any kind of earrings are not allowed during games. We needed him to change it to something that will not be so noticeable. At this point, her ear is still in the process of healing. 1 week before having an appointment to bring her in, I checked on her ear and noticed it was red and it had a little bump around it. I took some pictures and immediately sent them to Tony. He asked me to bring her in earlier so that he could have a better look at what was going on. I was so worried that he was going to tell me she needed to remove it. It looked worse than it really was. He said it was more of an irritation bump rather than an infection. He then changed out her stud and told me to keep an eye on it. It's day 2 since this appointment and with consistent cleaning of the area, we can already see the bump has gone down significantly. After reading the amazing reviews here, I decided to get a daith piercing at Honolulu Piercing Company. Unfortunately, I arrived right before their closing time one night and they were unable to fit me in that day, but Danica sweetly spent time with me discussing the process, as well as offering jewelry suggestions. The next night, I returned and was able to get a piercing by Tony. This being my first piercing in 15 years (my last experiences had soured me after I ended up with infection, then keloids), I was apprehensive, but Tony spent a lot of time with me selecting the location and jewelry that would meet my aesthetic wishes, but still heal quickly. It was quickly apparent that he is a remarkably empathic, skilled, and patient person.  The actual piercing was relatively comfortable, despite my getting 3 piercings (1 daith, 2 flat) in the same session. He then gave me detailed instructions on post-care. Despite my difficult past experiences, this one has been uneventful and comfortable. The results? Unique, striking, delicate, and well-balanced. Found this spot on Yelp.  Alot of great reviews.  I sent a message to see if they accepted walk-ins.  Tony got back to me in less than 10 minutes.   I walked in to see Tony and he was awesome!!! Not only did he have a great personality he was super knowledgeable.  I had to swap out a piece of jewelry.  Switched a hoop to a post for my tragus.  For whatever reason my tragus doesn't like hoops.  We picked out an awesome piece and Tony swapped it out for me.  Wish he was on the mainland!  If you need a new piece or a new piercing definitely come and see Tony. I decided to get a helix piercing & after reading good reviews about this place & calling for info, I decided to get my piercing done here. I'm really glad I did. Krista was very calm & professional. She explained the whole process before & during the piercing. I was indecisive about wanting to get the single or just go for the double helix piercing but she was very patient with me throughout. I've become more holey after seeing Tony. He definitely knows his stuff and makes the entire piercing experience enjoyable. I was a walk-in on a Thursday afternoon to get piercings. I knew it would be a bit of a wait just because the shop is always busy and they do such great work. Found this shop to get my right forward helix.  Tony was a courteous and thorough professional piercing artist.  It has been almost ten years since i got my last piercing so i was little nervous. He has a variety of high quality jewelries.  He showed me different options and made sure that i was satisfied with design and price.  I initially planned on getting two forward helixes done, but after carefully considering several options I decided to get just one this time.
