The guy who tattooed me (Erik) was so excited to tattoo my Kindgom Hearts tattoo because he's a huge fan of the game, which made me feel very confident and comfortable in getting my Kingdom Hearts tattoo done here. I've gotten a few tattoos from Queen Street Tattoo already, and I can say that I refuse to go anywhere else for my tattoos. They aren't tattoo snubs, which is what makes me and a lot of other clients stay away from tattoo shops. These people are genuine people who WANT you to love the work on your body that'll stay on there forever. Erik Oseto is my go-to artist. I got a medium sized chest piece done here last month and a review is over due! Lemme just start of by saying the guys at the shop are very friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming and non-judgmental. I absolutely love everyone's work here; they've all got their unique styles and are awesome individuals. I got my piece done by Erik, and it couldn't have gone any smoother. He was professional, accommodating (because I'm a big girl and I thought I was gonna break their table lol, anyways), friendly, and over all cool people. He made sure I approved of the way he drew it out, the size, the placement, and all the details. Needless to say, I walked out with a pretty badass chest piece. People ask me about it and I always tell them about this place. 12/10 recommend :3  Also, I think it's worth mentioning I walked-in on a Friday evening and asked to do two tattoo's, and Erik was awesome about it. For me, a tattoo can just be something pretty, or it can be something symbolic, but either way, one thing that stays with each is a memory of the time spent and the person creating it. It becomes more than art; it stays with me below the skin.I got a butterfly from Steve awhile ago. It looked amazing then, and looks amazing now. He'll always be my first choice because of the quality of his work and, on the pain-scale, it seems like it hurts less with him. Perfect combination. Ive had the opportunity to be zapped at queen street a few times while I'm visiting the island.  Becca has put some awesome traditional Japanese artwork on my arm and leg!  She has been up front, professional, and an amazing artist.  I was able to leave a non refundable deposit with her on several occasions to secure an appointment with her busy schedule, which is standard for every shop I've ever been in.  The shop has a small intimate vibe, bringing back that personalized feel for getting tattooed in paradise. Horrible experience! I found the artist Becca through Instagram. I liked the work she posted, friended her and sent her a DM. We exchanged messages and suggested I come into the shop. I went in for a consultation and she rushed through the process of getting a tattoo. Thinking she seemed busy, I gave her the benefit of the doubt. She pressed me for a $100 deposit, so I paid it even though I didn't see a single design, discuss colors of my tattoo or anything. I booked my first in a series of appointments for a half-sleeve. She took a photo of my arm and said she'll work on a design. She never made any mention that the deposit was non-refundable, nor was I given anything in writing. A few days go by and I send her a DM asking if she had time to work on the initial design and did not receive a response. About 10 days goes by and I sent her another DM asking if I could see the initial design. No response again. I know she read the message because Instagram shows a 'Seen' message when something is read. Then with a week left before my appointment, I sent her another message stating I wanted to cancel. Within 1 minute, NO BS, she replied. She told me that I basically was out of my $100 deposit or she would give me a painting??? For real, a painting? I want my money back as no work was done, I gave her plenty of notice to cancel the upcoming appointment. We spoke on the phone, she was rude and downright disrespectful. I had to file a claim with my bank to get my money back. It's a shame that this shop employes people like Becca! Read Less

Great traditional shop with awesome staff! Erik was so helpful in booking an appointment. Steve and kier were funny and friendly. The shop is full of original flash. I can't show off my tattoos here, but let me say that I will be going back! I have a half finished tattoo to do as well as two rib tattoos I want. Anyway, I love this place! Clean, organized, and will do almost anything you want. Bring something refreshing to drink, since it is a tattoo parlor and not a Starbucks. Part time island resident, full time purveyor of all things fine, I was able to dial in an appointment with the one and only Becca Roach. Being an ink less virgin, she was able to make me feel comfortable, and assured me it would feel, "just like a tattoo." Haven't gotten tattooed at Queen Street but as a fellow tattooist and shop owner I have to say that this is a very reputable shop and Steve is a really solid tattooist and good guy.
