For awhile I've been looking (and struggling) to find the right piercer on the island and I have finally found one! Ed is awesome, experienced, professional, very informative and clean! Everything you could want in a piercer.I went in a few days ago and got two vertical tongue piercing (also known as Venom Piercing). He was super informative with everything as far as how the piercing will go, aftercare, and answered EVERY question I had. Since my piercing is two separate piercings, they were done separately. He showed me that all his equipment and jewelry was sterilized. The first one didn't hurt too bad 6/10 for pain but i had started to feel faint and he took every precaution to make sure i didnt. I was able to lay down, eat a candy to bring my sugar levels up, and he even made the a/c colder for me (i was feeling hot). After i felt better we continued with the second one and the outcome was perfect! He really made me feel comfortable and everything went smoothly. What a wonderful experience! My first impression was the friendly customer service i received when i called & inquired about a piercing...it only got better...upon arrival at the establishment, I found it to be consumer friendly, neat & tranquil. The owner made me feel so welcomed & introduced me to the person who was to do my piercing, Mr. EDUARDO...whom i can't say enough about... He was a wealth of knowledge & educated me far more than i had imagined. I emailed the shop on Monday wanting to get a small flower tattoo something to remember Hawaii by, within a couple hours Frank emailed me back stating he would find away to fit me in . I ran by on Tuesday to consult with Frank to he was awesome!!!!! said he would have my drawing ready and told me to come back at 4 on Wed. I arrived on Wed. for my appointment a little early and Frank was still really busy doing a tattoo and didn't want me to wait, he asked if I would let Jim...my don't know his last name but if I would let him do my Tattoo. I was a little nervous but let me say Jessie was awesome and did an amazing job taking care of me. I have had a lot of tattoos done in my 20 plus year Navy Career and he was chill and very professional.
