I have 13 tattoos and I have gotten my tongue pierced 3 times and just recently got a dermal piercing by this very unprofessional "artist". I was excited and anxious initially because I've never gotten a dermal but that quickly turned to disappointment when I saw a baby walking around meanwhile women have their breasts out in different parts of his establishment getting their nipples pierced. But that's just the beginning! He was very RUDE as well as his "assistant". Neither one of them even uttered one word to me and my best friend when we walked into the room to get the dermal.He asked me what I wanted and just started pulling out the supplies to get started but never stopped to talked to me about what he is about to do. I had to ask about the after care I had to ask whether or not I can change the dermal myself. He made a mark on my chest and didn't even give me a chance to look at it to BE SURE that's where I wanted it to be. If he would've let me check the mark he made before doing the dermal I would've been able to see that the mark wasn't in the middle of my chest where I wanted it. I didn't notice until later on that the dermal wasn't in the middle and by then I already knew I was stuck with this.He didn't thank me nor my friend for our business he didn't even say as much as bye when we left. I wanted to get 2 more dermals after this but I DEFINITELY will be spending my money elsewhere and I would NEVER recommend anyone spend their money with this man especially if it's your first time getting work done on your body he isn't the person to trust with that. It felt rushed and very impersonal and that's why he messed up on my dermal. He needs customer service classes or something, it's sure to make him a better artist because he is the worst tattoo artist and piercer I've ever come across in my life. Rude as hell! Will NEVER go back..if you wanna be disrepected and have your time wasted..then this is the place to go! The $5 piercing isn't worth the time he makes you sit and wait..especially when he isn't even piercing he just has you sitting there as if you are nothing then he and ahe are both rude and the shop dirty! The worse! He is ignorant as hell and Arianna the female piercer has taken on his same attitude! People wonder why we as a black community don't support black business....learn how to treat the people who made you! Snap think back to when you started and needed clientel...you advertise $5 piercings but make people wait for hours. I got your tatic make them wait then they will get fraustrated and pay $25 and walk right in, or since they are only paying the $5 you advertised, they can just sit, roght? Fyi there is usually noone in his or her chair while your waiting hours. Snap you don't value anyones time. You lost me as a client and the 12 people I've brought to you. Get some class and humble yourself jerk! Asked questions about titanium for my hyper sensitive skin and guess who was annoyed!?! Yup..him..no after care instructions...not so much of how or when it should be healed or when jewlery could be changed. I would NOT suggest anyone to patronize this "shop". Very unprofessional, dirty and poor customer service. The $5 piercing special should've been a red flag for me not to go. I got to the shop at 8:00ish and didn't receive my dermal til about 10:15 . The piercers , Snap & whoever the chick was, werent even there. They had us outside just waiting. When they did pull up, they didn't greet anyone. Just casually went in the building. Who leaves customers just waiting????? . and there was only about 7 people in front of me. Once you get in a room to get pierced it's quick and probably not even sterile. Yeah , i know, silly of me to go thru with it. I received a chest dermal which was ill placed . I wanted it centered, but instead it's closer to my left breast. After the piercing, i didn't receive any instructions on how to care for the dermal. They take your money, and call for the next person. I went back to show Snap the dermal, he could care less , claiming it follows the lining of my breast. Chile please. Even Ray Charles could see how off this dermal is... STAY FAR , FAR , FAR away from this place. Cheap is not always the best route to go!!! OH , ONE MORE THING , THEY HAVE ROACHES. DISGUSTING !!! I went to get a piercing and the shop was very dirty. The floors wasn't sweeped and the bathroom wasn't clean. I also didn't like how he didn't ask to post on my Snapchat , Instagram or even take a picture of me. He only asked to see my phone. He also didn't inform me on any info on how to care for piercing. While I understand it's my responsibility, it's still comforting to hear what to do and how long from a professional rather than the Internet.Read Less
