I first met Fred when we did car shows together about 6 years ago. He is one of the most personable human beings you would ever want to met! He welcomed us to his home...he, his wife Yvette, his boys and his in laws where always there. He has the most fabulous place that he has put so much of his awesome art work into, not to mention his beautiful cars! Fred is a man of many talents! His house, his cars and the 1000's of bodies he has tatted up are just a few of the testimonials of this man's talent!! He is a great business man, family man and an amazing father.(not to leave out that he served our great nation) He takes such pride in his work and bringing up his boys to be productive members of society. He has done three tattoos for me personally and we have highly recommended him to many that have been extremely happy with his work. I have never heard or felt a negative vibe from this man. I got my first tattoo from Fred 6 months ago. I love it and it still looks great. I had no problems with the healing process. Fred is the best tattoo artist in Stone Mountain, Georgia. He can do anything from cover ups, to one of a kind tattoos, black and white etc. He is always personable and he always has great conversation when your in his chair. He is always willing to help and answer any questions you may have. When people see my tattoos they always ask me who did them because they are so nice. And I always refer them to Fred. I called yesterday and got pricings for both a tongue piercing and a tattoo. I was so excited all day and couldnt wait to get off work. The tongue piercing went great. But drac the tattoo artist sucked! I got my mom's name in her handwriting on the middle of the top of my back with a halo and some wings. He charged me $65 for it. It is so small you would have to be really close to me to tell what it is. He rushed through it and had the worse attitude. He was very rude. I dont know how but im going to have to find someone to make it bigger. I lost my mom 3 years ago so this meant everything to me and he ruined it. I WILL NEVER GO BACK! My sister and her boyfriend paid $25 a piece for names that is so much more bigger than mine. Read Less

Very Rude and disrespectful.... Just called some dude name Black answered... I'm asking him about a tattoo.... Another phone rings he answers and put them on hold... Comes back to the phone to talk to me... As I'm about to ask him a question ge says to me...." I got somebody on my other line... What's up" in a very hostile voice.... Just called the place to ask a pricing for a piercing , the guy I spoke with was blatantly rude. He slurred out the name of the shop & when I said " excuse me ? " he gave me the biggest sigh & repeated hisself as to if I was slow or hard of hearing. I ask him for the pricing of the tattoo & he shot back with 15$ , And before I could completely say thank you & he hung up right in MY FACE. I went here to get a cover-up of a tattoo I got in 2007. Fred was the best in the biz. His art is Sick. The tattoo I asked him to cover was pretty big therefore I knew some of it would likely show. YOU CANNOT see any of the old tattoo and the new tat is AMAZING. Definitely will recommend him. He is a true artist. Read Less

Rude as hell I haven't went there and I'm glad I didnt. I just made a phone call and asked about piercing and the guy on the phone asked "Yeah we do piercings, but for who girls or dudes"? And I said a guy and he says we Pierce women not men . I hung up because there shouldn't be any discrimination on who wants a piercing male or female , do you walk into a McDonald's and they say we only serve women not men. Don't know who the person was when we walked in we said hi and then some guy walks in right after us and the person started talking to him..we were there first, he never even acknowledge us at all. He took the guy in the back to do a tattoo and still didn't say one word to us..he seemed real suspect..no good customer skills, it's crazy cause it was 4 of us he was going to make money.. but who cares we took our money somewhere with better customer service skills and knew how to greet their customers.
