The guy who works there is very sweet. I don't care what anybody on here says. He went through the process of simply getting my ear pierced in the most sincere, kind, and patient way. Even with a few dashes of humor. Great price that included a stuffed goody bag full of every essential including antibacterial foam soap, cotton balls, qtips, pjelly, and the made sure I understood how to keep it clean before I left. Customer service was horrendous, my wife and I came in to get a price on a couple of tattoo ideas we had and he was very short with his answers and for no reason he was very annoyed. WE WILL NEVER VISIT THERE AGAIN and after reading other reviews this seems to be a reoccurring problem of his. I went with my girlfriend to get her cartilage pierced and in the beginning, Jonas was kind and informative. He filled us in on everything he was doing very thoroughly and step by step; from the materials he was using to why he was using them and what he was doing with them. However, after my girlfriend and I started asking a lot of questions, he seemed to get annoyed at us for asking things he was about to explain and got irritated; which kind of dampened the positive vibe that we had in the beginning. In the end my girlfriend got her cartilage pierced fine and he provided us with cleaning supplies for her ear. Overall it was an interesting experience and we might? be coming back in the future.
