My wife got a tattoo from here a few years back. It was nice and only cost $80 and there was a lifetime guarantee on the color. "If it ever fades, we will touch it up for free". We worked with Nikko for a nose piercing and a helix piercing. He was fantastic. He took the time to explain the rules for each piercing and even suggested a better placement for each one. My mom and I got our ears pierced here with Omar. Fantastic experience! He explains things really well, is very thorough and put me at ease when I was really apprehensive about it. My mom had hers done previously somewhere else and she experienced a lot of pain, got a bump and it closed. He was able to talk to her about her precious piercing, identified what happened and the fixes in aftercare she would have to make but also explained what they did wrong in the piercing process. She said in comparison to when she got it done first that this was painless and I have to agree! If you want any piercings I cannot recommend him enough! He also does tattoos and I'll be back soon to work with him to fix a bad tat I got before. Also, the guy at the front was really nice too. Everyone there was. Hands down some of thee best work out there!! The place is full of awards and what seems to be Tattoo magazine articles from all over the world just about the shop!! Atlanta has always produced great talent and the shop just helps to prove that fact even more. Got a tattoo from a gentleman name Grimlin. It’s amazing. Super chill and fun to chat it up with him while getting the work done. Only charged me $150 an hour which was very reasonable for what I was getting. On top of that my girl got her nipples pierced and she even said she felt incredibly comfortable during the process ( she had a poor experience sometime ago from a different shop) and the owner Brandon came out and talked with us, took pictures and even bought us lunch!!! Returning customer is saying - no more! I did my first tattoo there in 2007 and it was fabulous! Also the pricing - just everything. So I kept coming back the years after - and it's still been the best. Now I returned for a tattoo - had the last one done in 2014 - so 4 years later - in good belief that this is still the best shop out there. What had me stumbled a lot for starters is that they wanted me to pay up front, and the price seemed very high. I haven't had a tattoo done for years, so I thought ok, probably the methods in that business had changed, who knows. Also the owner of the shop made a very distracted impression on me, if he was the one to do the tattoo I would have refused it. But the other artist made a fit impression on me so I went on with it. Long story short, I did get very good tattoos, but the 4 figures price that I paid was way overpriced, at least by 30 to 40% (as I could tell myself and other people told me too). I was excited about my decisions getting more tattoos, so at that moment I really wasn't fit to think about money. But to be ripped off that bad is leaving a very bad taste. The artists at All or Nothing were rude with condescending tones. I had one of the guys draw my family crest that came out looking absolutely unacceptable. I jumped through every hoop I had to until the owner granted me my deposit back, which I promptly took to a high-end artist with great success.I could have dealt with having thrown $100 worth of a deposit down and just being disappointed, but the unwarranted condescension and general unprofessional attitudes are what led me to push for my deposit back.If someone's had positive experiences here, I'm happy to hear it. We had a really negative experience at this store this weekend, and will never go back. The person working the front desk was exceptionally rude to us, after telling us that we would be taken care of in an hour. The group in front of us had no idea what they wanted done, and took forever to figure it out, while we came in prepared with our design.We left for a quick meal and came back (at their suggestion), and when we returned, less than an hour later, the rude person at the front desk told us they weren't going to see us. I went outside and spoke to the tattoo artist who was standing outside doing nothing and talking to his friend. I asked if he worked there and explained the situation, and the rude young man from inside came out as if to confront us about our complaints! One man named Vince (I think) tried to salvage the situation and was very nice, but by that point my partner and I had given up and were furious about how dismissive and rude the other two were. Very unprofessional experience. I went in on Monday for a tattoo refresh and I want some extra work added to get a half sleeve. I spoke with William, I told him my idea and repeatedly asked him his thoughts. He stated the price ($500 - 700) so it would be about 4 - 5 hours. But what sold me was him telling me that he wanted to and was excited to my tattoo. He said he would draw it up and we could work together to finalize it. We set the appointment for Friday. I went home emailed him the pics with what I wanted and was very excited.Quote from the email I sent him "First thanks for your interest in doing my tattoo. I like that you are enthused about the tattoo and please feel free to use your artistic talent to enhance the tattoo as you see fit."So Friday (today) I went in and William was finishing someone up. No problem. So when he finished, he quite simply forgot my appointment. He said he couldn't find my email. When we found it on his phone it was unread. I was very disappointed with this. Also he said that we couldn't finish it all tonight and that instead of 4-5 hours, that it would take 8-9. But the kicker was when he said that he would go back to draw it. Given the amount of time William had to draw my tattoo, I didn't want a rush job and since this is permanent I wanted a tattoo artist that took it seriously. Obviously William did not. I am sure there are talented artists at AON, I just hope they treat their customers with a degree of professionalism. Read Less

Love how confident the name drawn me in- I. My experience- hoping to find ALL but I walked out with NOTHING. Why? Keep reading..I gave two because of the pleasant first tattoo experience I had with my tattoo artist here when it should of have been only one star due to the actual tattoo's result itself. He wasn't all great because it's been three weeks now and my tattoo looks like CRAP! I don't know any better so I kept on waiting for it to heal itself thinking it was going to fill in the missing gap, it never did. But he was nice, answer my silly questions, very understanding and comforting for someone who was very nervous getting her first tattoo. - I did had to pay cash, which I thought was weird but I didn't know any better about these places so I don't have much to argue,-the guy at front desk who greeted me looked high- he was very out of it. -The tattoo I got done at ALL or Nothing Tattoo- how it look after three weeks!! I got a cover up tattoo done by Dave and he did an AMAZING job. It was a cover up of a cover up, so naturally I was nervous about trying to get this tattoo done for a third time. Dave created a sketch and tackled the cover up head on with no fear. Since it was a solid black tattoo that I was trying to cover, it was definitely a challenge. Dave took it head on! His design and suggestions were amazing. I let him run with his creativity and he did an amazing job. The staff was amazing. So much so that I didn't want to leave. I lost the stud for my nose piercing. I stopped by here to get a new one and the young lady at the front just handed me one out of the display and told me I could just pop it in. No sterilization was offered or anything. Um, I'm not going to pop the jewelry in my nose after it's been just sitting in the case and in your non-gloved hand. Needless to say I left because I'm serious about being sanitary with piercings. I ended up driving to Atlanta and going to Virtue and Vice which is where I originally had my piercing done. There they immediately sterilized the new jewelry (I didn't even have to ask), bent the jewelry specifically to my nose measurement, and offered to reinsert it for free. I will just drive out of the way and go to Virtue and Vice from now on. Silly me trying to give a closer neighborhood spot a chance. Read Less

I went in this am as a walk-in.     I was kindly greeted by Garrett who was working the front counter. I had a picture of a seemingly easy tattoo with me: a leather band with a feather hanging from it. (Will include a pic of this if I can). I also had another pic of a beaded/chain style bracelet that I wanted to Tatt on the same wrist either today or in the future. Garrett took my pics back to the artist who was available, mark, along with my wishes and a few additional requests/modifications. I saw mark shaking his head as if saying "no" to something. Garrett came back and told me that he wouldn't do both on one wrist bc it was "too much." (Meaning too much tattoo for the space, not too much money--money was no issue here). I said okay, knowing I could go elsewhere in the future and have the other bracelets done by someone else. Still, thought it was odd for him to have said no to what I wanted as one of the pics I had with me clearly showed 3 bracelets on a wrist very much like what I wanted. After agreeing (with Garrett being the liaison still between myself and mark) I waited as mark drew up a sketch. An hour later when I was shown the sketch (by Garrett, not by mark), it was really nothing like what I wanted.  The feather was decent but the leather bracelet part was hideous. Looked like giant cartoon bubbles linked together by circles. As I said it was a very simple tattoo. I told Garrett that it was nothing like what I had showed him and wanted was exactly like the pic I had showed. I commented to Garrett at this time that I thought it was strange and unprofessional to be communicating all of this with him, being a third person, and not directly with the "artist" himself. The sketch was done once again and looked much better. This time mark came to the front with the sketch and I finally got to talk with him. The only thing was that in the original, the leather had knots tied in it and he had just drawn circles (beasts) in place of the knots. I told him I wanted the knots and he commented something to the effect that he couldn't do the knots for whatever reAson so he put beads. Even then, I was pretty open to considering the Beads instead of the original knots but had a certain way I wanted the bead to look as for the highlighting if we were going to go that way. This guy was totally not friendly and had "no" stuck in his mind from the beginning. Totally annoyed by it all. But fk, I'm the one having this on  my wrist of all prominent places for the rest of my life. Gimme a break! So, after making this concession  and going against my intuition to leave altogether, he handed me the sketch so I could place it on my wrist to look at the location I wanted. I had the feather hanging downwards towards my elbow ( just like the picture I referenced did)!and he told me he refused to do the tattoo if I had the feather pointing in that direction---calling it "wrong" and backwards." I didn't really believe that he really wouldn't do it so I didn't say anything but waited for him to be ready for me to come back. Garrett told me he was ready or almost ready and I said cool--but said I want the feather facing the way the pic is, I way I wanted it. Garrett went back to make sure and came back up to me saying that mark refused to do it , sorry. I was dumbfounded to say the least. Not only had I been there for well over two hours at this point waiting on a simple tattoo that I feel most "artists" could have free handed tattooed but now I was being told he refused to Tatt me bc he disagreed with the orientation of the feather on MY tattoos!?!? Wtf!!!! I was very upset to say the least. This was a vacation day I used to treat myself to this and my whole morning was gone at this point.   I left in complete disbelief! I ended up going to another parlor--lucky draw--on the Marietta square. Nicest and coolest guys ever! I told them what had just happened and they were shocked at my experience. I was introduced immediately to an artist there, named shahki, and he couldn't have been more helpful. He said he was going to trace a vague outline on my wrist by hand and do it that way. No two hours of sketching crap thank god. Took a look at it and said "no problem, let me get set up!"  I waited about 20 min--way normal amount of time. The work was amazing and perfect and exactly what I wanted and how I imagined it! Could not have been better!!!! This is not necessarily a bad review on All or Nothing per se, I'm sure they are great artists---hence all the awards (one of the reasons I went there.). However bc this asshole is employed there, unfortunately he represents to a certain extent. I gave two stars bc Garrett deserved a star all of us own for having to deal with mark and be put in the position he was put in. I don't say don't go there, I just say don't use mark and make sure u are treated with respect and kindness. I won't be going back bc I luckily found a great place and a great artist out of all of this. Read Less

I made the mistake of getting a tattoo done at a local shop. It was horrible. I waited a couple months before deciding to get it fixed. A friend recommended AON and I could not be more grateful. JP Alfonso did an absolutely AMAZING job covering up what friends referred to as my "prison tattoo". I really didn't think it would be possible, but JP turned my awful tattoo into something beautiful. The shop was clean, the staff were friendly, and the work is top notch. I won't go anywhere else! The quality of artistry at AON is a step above most other shops in Atlanta, especially if you are looking for realism. As a result, if you want one of the better artists, you're going to have to wait awhile (as in months). Trust me when I say that it's worth it.I would give customer service from the front staff a B+. I've been greeted promptly every time I come in and the staff is generally polite. As for the artists, I can only comment on Mike McMahon who recently did a half sleeve for me. Mike is by far one of the most professional tattoo artists I've ever worked with. We consulted for almost an hour until we made sure the design matched what he felt would come out well and what met my expectations/desires.I was in the chair for 9 hours and always felt like I was being well taken care of. Canada (employee) even picked me up some lunch while going out to pick up lunch for the employees.Without question, this gets my vote for one of the best shops in Atlanta. Read Less

I scheduled an appointment with Flaco Martinez, provided a couple of photos by email for reference, Flaco provided a sketch, we went back and forth with the sketch a couple times until he was sure I was happy with the piece. If I could give negative stars, I would. While the artistry is beautiful, the attitude stinks. I have attempted to make an appointment several times and every time I went in, I was treated as less than worthy. My design wasn't what they wanted to do, they didn't have time...excuses, excuses. I thought the whole point of tattoo shops is that everyone is welcome and your tattoo is your tattoo, i.e. not up for judgmental commentary. I'm 50/50 on this... I love B.B.'s work, and when I moved to Smyrna a few years ago, I couldn't WAIT to get worked on there. I met the apprentice, John, (AWESOME ARTIST & INK SLINGER) told him of a special back piece that I wanted done. I have a kid brother doing Life Without Parole in Missouri. As kids, he grew up always wanting to be a cowboy, I grew up always wanting to be a biker. As it turned out, prior to my brother's arrest, he WAS a cowboy, he owned a ranch in Missouri. And, I am a biker... I explained the tattoo on my back would be David Mann's "Ghost Rider" painting with me on my Harley and my kid brother on his horse. I explained that it was a tribute to our parents who encouraged us both to fulfill our dreams. John introduced me to an artist, I believe his name was Chris. He sat down and I went over what I wanted. He told me that he would need photos of the bike, me, my brother & his horse. We downloaded a copy of "Ghost Rider". He made me leave a deposit and told me to come back in 3 weeks, he would have it drawn up for my review and we would get started. I COULDN'T WAIT... The longest 3 weeks EVER. I was gonna get my dream ink done in BRANDON BOND'S SHOP!!! After 3 weeks, I went in 1/2 hour before my appointment time, and Apprentice John met me at the door. Come to find out, the "artist" that I had an appointment with, took a walk-in that was gonna take a couple hours!! As if my appointment & deposit didn't mean a f*cking thing!! So, my lady-friend & I sat there for 2 hours waiting. Then, when he was done with the walk-in, he must've told Apprentice John to "stall 'em", because it was well over ANOTHER hour before I insisted that Apprentice John get the guy out front to meet with me. Now I was pretty pissed off. After another rant, John walked back and, after ANOTHER 30 minutes, Apprentice John came to the front of the shop with his head down... He started off with "SPIDER, I'm sorry that you're upset... Remember, this is just a TEMPLATE for us to get an idea if we got it right..." I could tell that he was ashamed. I insisted that he hand me the paper that he was hiding behind his back. Once I saw it, I understood why he was embarrassed. This "artist" forced John to walk out front and present to me, what looked like a poorly drawn cartoon of a motorcycle. Nothing at ALL like "Ghost Rider", no horse, nothing. He knew to stay in the back of the shop cowering. I was WAY BEYOND f*cking pissed. THEN, he made Apprentice John tell me that my deposit was NON-REFUNDABLE!! The jack-off didn't do a friggin' thing for the 3 weeks, and then tried to pull off this stunt after making me wait, even though I had an appointment, for what was now coming up on 3 hours!!! What an amazing prick this guy was!! I asked Apprentice John if it was my explanation? Maybe I didn't explain how important this piece was?? I was LIVID. I wanted to beat the LIVING SH!T outta this A$$HOLE. But, if you know Apprentice John, he had a way of just calming the situation and making you feel like he would make everything alright...LOL!! I walked away from AON that evening with a friend in John, and a bitter taste in my mouth for AON. Later that year, I went to a party that Brandon was throwing there, tried to get an audience with Brandon to tell him about my experience, but I wasn't able to get near him... I was told that he would see me, so I sat down & waited for about an hour. I finally gave up waiting. After all this, I STILL love to see Brandon's work. He's a BRILLIANT artist. As is John!! That's the reason for the 2 stars, BRANDON'S TALENT and the AWESOMENESS of Apprentice John! My opinion is that Brandon should keep better tabs on what goes on in his shop. Apprentice John made up the deposit I put down by just being a good friend & my back STILL doesn't have my dream tattoo on it. Read Less

I guess they named it "ALL or Nothing" because that is exactly what you get, either a sick tattoo or absolutely nothing. I'm very impressed with Brandon Bond's work and I don't want to get another tattoo unless it's done by a very skilled artist and I've been trying to set up an appointment with Brandon Bond for over a month now and only to get the run around from everyone up there. Nicole, Brandon's assistant, doesn't respond EVER. When you call them they tell you to just e-mail her again and wait. Still doesn't respond... Very frustrating. I understand they are really busy and obviously they aren't hurting for any business but if I was Brandon Bond I would make sure my staff booked as many appointments as possible no matter how far out they may be, because they require a $500 deposit. That's alot of immediate cashflow he must be missing out on because I'm guessing there have to be alot of other people going through what I am, which are $500 a pop without even having to poke their skin. I wonder if he knows his employees are being slack or maybe he doesn't want to book anymore appointments, if that's the case then I think he should post that he is not taking any new clients. Website says it's very easy to get an appointment set up, completely untrue. I have nothing against these people, I actually hope they will contact me to set up an appointment and I can delete this post or exchange it to a more positive one. Read Less

I wanted to write in to you guys to let you know how spectacular a job Nicole is doing. I have been speaking with her over the last few months and she has been nothing short of Amazing. Not only has she handled any and all questions I may have with the quickness, she has also done it all with a huge smile. I have been tattooed and pierced at a LOT of shops in Atanta and all over America. All or Nothing is unlike anywhere else. They do unique custom tattoos, all artists are imported from elsewhere so they are ALL amazing. The body piercing is superb it is by far, hands down the best tattoo and piercing parlor on earth. Just the because they are world famous, does NOT mean they act like it. They are actually amazingly inexpensive, I was shocked to find out the studio has a 40$ monimum! This place is superb in the artistry of their work.  They have won numerous awards and are very knowledgeable about ink. This place was clean (for a tattoo shop) and the staff was so friendly. I have seen a few tats from here and they are all phenomenal. I was not actually the one who got the tattoo but I was a spectator. My friend got a memorial tat for her uncle. She originally came in with an idea of what she wanted and where she wanted it done. The tattoo artist suggested that due to the detail of the piece, she should get it done in a different area- if she wanted the detail to be highlighted and scaled appropriately. She agreed but wanted him to change some things. The guy spent 20 minutes asking questions about her Uncle and came back with this awesome sketch of aviators. She got it done on the back of her neck. My friend teared up when it was over because she was so happy with how it turned out. These people have a passion for tats. Their work is great. Truly professional and you will have fun!! Read Less
