I had a shabby tattoo done at a shop here in Gwinnett. I stopped at Permanent Ink for help. I met Paul and I am so happy I did! He took the time to explain to me what the other shop did wrong and he actually fixed it Beautifully! After he was done, I got him to do another tattoo for me and he did that perfect too! Let me start by saying that customer service is a very big deal with me. I sell wedding gowns, and it's most important to work well with your customers, even if you aren't able to provide exactly what they need at your shop. My sisters and I were intending to drive from Knoxville, TN to get tattoos at this shop, but unfortunately it didn't work out. Now all that said, the manager, Paul, is absolutely amazing. I spoke with him at length over Facebook, asking questions about pricing, design, tattoo law (one sister is a minor), and he was prompt and friendly to answer them all. He even did some digging, and gave me a recommendation on a shop in another state! Now that is spectacular. If and when I choose to get more ink, it will be worth it to make the 3+ hour drive just based on this experience alone. 👌🏻 Read Less

Jared, one of a few guys that works there is a cool dude got my tattoo from him. He doesn't mess around with his lines. Upfront, straight forward guy about where and how to do your tattoo to fit you. Chris is my new go to guy for tattoos. Just got three done in the last week and a half, and have one more in the works. Today I got one, and for the first time ever, I didn't get even a tiny bit nervous before hand. He's friendly and makes you feel at home.
