The entire process of getting tattoos done at Tatlyfe Studios was not only easy but friendly, borderline family like. The artists and office staff are both very engaging on ideas but respond very positively to constructive criticism of what you are putting on your body. First off, I am a huge fan of their work and if you are in fact looking for good, quality ink for a descent price then this is the place for you. The reason as to why the company is getting 3 starts is for their lack of professionalism. One, I scheduled my appointment and was excited about getting it despite the artists' lack of idea about my concept. I was still wiling to give them a shot because I've seen previous work they've done and they came highly recommend. I asked if they took card and was told yes. I was asked if I had social media I said no and vaguely explained my reasoning for not having it. The artist then explained that it was the best way for communicating with them and now it makes sense as to why. Upon arrival the shop was not open and I sat in my car an extra 15+ minutes waiting only to find out that I had to go to an ATM to pay the rest. It took quite sometime because if anyone is from the area, they know that between the hours of 11:30-1330 is pretty hectic. I get a phone call asking me if I was still coming and I confirm. To speed up the process, the tattoo came out great and I was interested in letting the artist finish my concept of a full half sleeve only to get the vagueness once again. Finally, we come up with an idea and they asked me again if I had social media and I explained again that I do not. We ended up exchanging numbers and then I contacted the artist via text to schedule an appointment. It took almost a week to get a response only to find out that they were booked on the day that I requested. I responded to get a different day and to also inquire about another piece and I still have yet to get a response. Read Less
