Seriously great place! Wonderful and caring staff, unique and lovely aesthetic on the smoke side, clean and professional environment on the piercing side. I had to have two microdermals removed on my collarbone as a result of infection / bad irritation, and it was a quick, easy, and as painless as I could hope for. I've had all four piercings for over 6years, with the older styled feet (Looks like a popcan tab), so they were a tad tricky to remove. Even so, these guys were kind enough to work with my less than fruitful situation to have them taken out that day as they were becoming a health risk, and I will be forever thankful for that. I'm healing perfectly fine - as suspected the dermal that was most afflicted has had to be carefully tended to, but it's doing good! I truly don't think there will be much scarring! The atmosphere of the shop is unique and calming, and they have a nice variety of jewelry to check out while you wait. Prices are fair based on the service you get, and the piercer was comforting as well as thorough in explaining aftercare. I wanted both the tragus and daith piercings. I did research on the piercings and the shops that did them and discovered by far that Planet 3 Piercing was where I wanted to be pierced. Mason is always so professional! He's done my double tongue piercing twice, smiley, and belly button. Going back in soon for another piercing! Will always recommend to everyone I meet that's interested in piercings. I love that I know for a fact that everything is sterilized and a clean, easy process. The guy at the front desk was nice and informative, everyone I spoke to was polite, price was comparable, shop had me worried from the outside but it's a nice place and clean inside. Mason was my piercer and really cool and informed. He addressed any concerns I had and let me know about my options. It was my first piercing, both ears at 12g and got glass plugs. He was really informative, made recommendations of where to get jewelry and what quality I need to be using, and I've found that he makes the whole piercing experience as easy as possible. I've personally had three piercings at Planet 3 with yesterday being my most recent. Mason was the piercer who was there last night and actually stayed late at the shop to get my piercing done since I was already there. I went in for a nostril piercing after reading some reviews and searching around and was not disappointed! Ash(I believe that was his name. I'm so sorry if that's wrong!) Was very nice and got me all set up. Mason did my piercing and he was super nice and very funny. He made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process and made sure I knew what was happening in each step. I'm from florida but I will definitely be back for more piercings in the future! I got my nose pierced here by Rheannon a couple weeks ago. She was absolutely amazing! I was super nervous, but she talked me through the whole process and before I knew it, it was over. It didn't hurt at all! I'm also very sensitive to jewelry and every other piercing I have has gotten super irritated and even infected. Not my nose piercing though!! The shop was clean but the septum Piercing I got done by them was messed up. The ring itself won't hold the left side ball in place because the grooves are messed up on the inside and this will be the third time I have to buy a new ball and they have made me pay for it every time even though they gave me a faulty ring.
