I got my first tattoo done here in February. Lou was my artist and he did a great job! I brought in an idea and he drew up a design that looked just how I wanted. My total ended up being $85. Months later, tattoo is still looking fresh and I've had no problems. I will definitely be back here!

I'm only leaving 2 stars because in this line of work your personality means alot and how you treat customers makes up a huge portion of who chooses to come back.. I would only leave 1 star because they were that rude but the guy that does the piercings was super good at his job and fast and he deserves credit for that but he is the only 1 who deserves any credit at this establishment, The piercing was in before I could blink and he followed all sanitary procedures. THAT SAID the guy with the pink hair that works there is a very rude and unprofessional person his attitude is incredibly nasty towards his customers and the other guy wasnt exactly happy to be alive either (matt) he was very flat toned and never smiled but the guy with the pink hair made him look like Mary Poppins, I smiled, waved and said hello I like your hair color (to the pink haired guy I didnt get his name) and he didnt even look at me or anything just swatted his hand at me as if I were a fly, Never greeted or spoke to us. Never even looked up at us not even when I spoke directly to him and he clearly knew I was speaking to him as he made a swat hand gesture obviously to tell me to shut up and carry on...This made the whole experience bitter and awkward I felt very unnerved and extremely unwelcome as if he was mad he had a customer speaking to him and the thing is he didn't even have to get off his behind or anything all he had to do was simply say hello and thank u and couldn't even do that. This person does not need to be in this line of work and I'm not the only one who thinks he is rude my friend had the same experience as me so no for this reason I wont return and wont recommend how you treat someone spending their money at your place of business is a big deal in this type of business and I wont be going back for this reason.

Do not go to this place. They are not great! I got a simple quote, 6 letters total. And after the first week the words started to disappear. As if the ink was not in deep enough. Also there is a mistake on one of my letters, which appeared after I left. This is what it looks like now. I am disappointed. The guy was nice but the skills there are really off. Please do not go.My tattooist was named Lou. He is young and has brown curly hair.

I got my first tattoo here by Lou Thor.
It was on my lower inner hip, and afterwards I told him he had “Angel Fingers,” it was so painless. Scale of 1-10, the pain was MAYBE a 2 or 3, and mind you this was my FIRST TATTOO.
The store was professional, yet comfortable, which is really nice when you’re nervous about something that will be on your body forever.
Lou took the time to carefully redraw my tattoo THREE times, so that it was EXACTLY how I wanted it. He gave me full attention as a client, and took his time in the sense that I really felt like he was thorough with his work while also making me feel comfortable during. He does BEAUTIFUL, AESTHETIC, and PRECISE line work.
My tattoo healed phenomenaly. Lou did an excellent job and welcomed me back for free touch ups. I recommend him highly if you want a tattoo that’s done with care.

Dudes were rude just asking some questions. Had a lot of work done all over the country, stopped in here on a whim while on vacation. Wouldn't want them doing anything for me after talking to them.

Got a memorial tat for my dad not even a year ago. It now is blurred lines, can't read what it says, it looks like a horrible mess now. I have to go get it fixed. The person that did it was a digger and I was told that's why it looks blurred. None of my other tats look like this. I look at it everyday and instead of being happy with a memorial tat, I'm mortified. People ask me what it says all the time. Pisses me off.

I'm told to come back and talk to the manager a couple of days later, when I do so he simply tells me that the only chance I have of getting my money back was to try and contact the artist this his Facebook, and that he would have the owner call me when he came back ...from vacation. Two and a half weeks later now and haven't heard back from anyone. No surprise, but if you are looking to get work done here I would not suggest on leaving a deposit to hold your slot because if something was to happen internally at the shop you are just shit out of luck and down a nice chunk of $$$ then they comment on your review and delete your response once you reply See More

I absolutely love this place! Compared to the other tattoo shops around Savannah this is the most inviting and have a family relationship with you. All the artist are just that Artist and are very professional. My favorite is Harper, she just gets it!! If you have a vision she brings it to life!

I'm only leaving 2 stars because in this line of work your personality means alot and how you treat customers makes up a huge portion of who chooses to come back.. Do not go to this place. They are not great! I got a simple quote, 6 letters total. And after the first week the words started to disappear. As if the ink was not in deep enough. Also there is a mistake on one of my letters, which appeared after I left. This is what it looks like now. I am disappointed. The guy was nice but the skills there are really off. The person that did it was a digger and I was told that's why it looks blurred. None of my other tats look like this.
