Larry was great! It was my first tattoos and Larry explained everything from beginning to end. He was very gentle and quite the perfectionist. I had an amazing time at this place! Everyone was so friendly and the price for what I got was great! The guy who did mine was so cool and gentle he did great I took my mom to get her second tattoo and she loved it there! She said Before we got there that this was her last tattoo (she only wanted 2) but by the time we left she said she was already thinking about her next one and that she definitely would go to this place no one else! So my cousins and I went in for what we though was simple line work (a triangle) and within 12 minutes were highly offended by the man with "loyalty" tattooed on his face (not sure of his name)  and his lack of customer service skills. Not slamming the entire facility because the other tattoo artist seemed to be very knowledgeable and friendly, unlike the "professional" who basically attacked every idea we had. He used words like " I'm the professional" and "don't have a meltdown"... From a guy that said " I don't recommend any words because they'll blow out, but I do free touch ups". I've had AMAZING work done here before by Izzy he knows what he's doing but today I called to get a tattoo on the side of my arm, which I already have 2 tattoos on my arm (one on my inner bicep and the other on my wrist) the guy at the front whom I've never seen before was extremely rude and couldn't give me a valid reason why I couldn't get a tattoo done that would possibly have taken a MAX of 10 minutes to do... I guess he likes refusing money, whatever... Even the other tattoo artist in the parlor couldn't understand what the problem was. I am heavily inked and have a few body piercings so I am no stranger to tattoo parlors by any stretch of the imagination. I have been in good ones and bad. I knew someone who had some work done here (by Izzy as well) and loved it, so I gave them a call. I am now working with Izzy on a huge piece on my arm and will post photos when complete. He does phenomenal work. His line work is perfect, his shading on point and he does all types of style, not just limited to one type, like some artists I have run across. He is also very professional while being very laid back, while also still being extremely confident about his work. He's a very compassionate and thoughtful person, making sure to drop a line to check on my healing and that I did not have any issues. Got there waited for almost two hours, without anyone asking us how we were or what we wanted . 50$ minimum for some bull that wouldn't take 10 mins to do ..then repeatedly lied to us to try and get us to do a much more expensive tattoo . I had gone in to have my very first body piercing, a nose piercing to be exact. Of course I had many questions about the procedure and after care. One of the young ladies at the front desk was very unfriendly and appeared not to want to be bothered. I proceeded to the back where a young lady did my piercing. I told her that I was a ?baby? when it came to needles. She then asked me if I wanted to go through with the procedure because she had several things that she needed to do. I felt as though I was wasting her time and that was no way to treat a customer. Needless to say, I reluctantly went through with the procedure and it was not as bad as I thought.
