No other shop like it! John is the best. He has taken tattooing to a whole other level! John has done many of my piece's and I can't be happier. He actually spends time with the design and placement and really takes pride in his art! Beside the amazing, creative and technical detail..... He is the most hygentic shop and artist I have ever come in contact with!!! Bar none! The old dingy shops stereotypical tattoo parlor image is non existent. He goes above standards! I first saw john a few years ago to have him fix and improve what was just a lonely clippers ship on my shoulder as he has always done great tattoos for my wife. He affordably fixed and added the background, banner and Kraken. 2 years later, I made it back to Augusta where he added to the back of my arm and my chest. This is a Christian establishment where God not only worked in my life but also others who came in. I went to this shop with my best friend because he had a good experience here previously. However, the experience we had this time around was overall terrible. We made an appointment for 3pm, the day before, so naturally we expected to be seen during our appointed time. The day of the appointment, we went and filled out the paperwork. After filling out the paperwork and sending in the design, we waited 3 hours to even be seen by Tony. When we finally got to the back, he show...ed us the design, which was fine at the time, and he started to work on my friend. When he finished with my tattoo, he told us the price, which was overpriced, especially considering it isn't finished. We paid for the tattoos and left. Upon the swelling going down days later, which was odd in itself, we started to notice that there was major details of the tattoo missing. The leaves in the tattoo were unfinished, along with the pineapples. Not only was this the worst tattoo experience I've ever had, I'm left with a tattoo that looks like crap. My husband and I got a few piercings and three tattoos between us at Immaculate over the course of a year. I had a piece started for me early in 2016. We finished one session, but I ended up with the flu and I had to reschedule my next appointment When I tried to reschedule I could never get in touch with anyone. I called the shop, the artist's cell, texted, and stopped by multiple times, but never heard back. If he didn't want to finish, I understand, but I wish I had been told so I could have taken my money somewhere else to get it finished instead of waiting around to hear back. Everything was wonderful, from the time we walk in we felt welcomed! I went in for a cover-up tattoo and was very nervous. However, Tony was very informative and attentive. I show him a picture of a flower and he let his creativity run wild! I'm so satisfied with the results! I am absolutely blown away by the piece Kenny did on my thigh! Is this really my leg?! I gave him simple and bare pictures of what I wanted and permission to have fun with it and the end product is phenomenal!!! Seriously... He's a genius!!! I have found my new place to go when I want/need to get a tattoo. I fell in love with the guys that work there, the atmosphere and vibes. Hands down the best shop I've found in Augusta. Shout out to Kenny, he's the real MVP! I came in at 9:30 on friday night and wanted my wolf tattoo done. He said you want it done tonight and I said yes. See im the type of person that thinks about the tattoo for a while before I get it done but once I go to a shop, I want it right then or els...e I wont get it for a while. He said well looks like we are stuck together for the night then. I had went to a differnet shop before I came there and was treated like crap by the guy at the shop, he was a complete jerk. I told Kenny about my experience and he said well lets do this thing then. It took him about hour n a half to draw it up. He stay and we shut the shop down together. It took about 5 hours to do. I got out of the chair at 5 in the morning. Knowing he had a half sleeve to do at 1pm the next day he still did it for me. I don't know anyone at any shop that would do that. I left there with a beautiful peice of art work on my arm and something I'll be proud to show off. Even though we were super tired afterwards it was worth every minute. I called in and asked if they did walk-ins and was told that they did; and that someone would be able to see me within an hour or so. I walked in and was told by the girl that they only took appointments; I told her I called and was told differently. Then she said they did. I then showed her what I wanted, and she took the paper to the back. She came back and told me that they couldn't do something that small because it would bleed into a blob and that I would complain about them doing a crappy job. I asked how big it needed to be; she went to the back again to ask. At this point, I just felt like they weren't really interested in doing the tattoo and were just trying to make excuses.
