Not professionals. When I called to ask if this was a place, a store I could walk into to buy supplies they said it was and gave me their address; Then told me its past some apartments you'll need the code call back when your at the gate. I thought hmm weird, when I arrived I called and got the gate code and sure enough they are in apartment building different from the address they give you, so then your in the apartment complex confused and lost so I call again they give me ...a different building # asked me to stay outside someone will come take my order (apartment tat2 supply takeout) after standing outside for almost 10 mins I call again asks what I need again so I tell him. Tells me he has to go check if they have it so I wait again and get frustrated and call back confirms what I need and tells me the price which were not the prices listed, they marked up their prices because it was a store pick up??� at this point I've gone this far and say fuck it whatever, goes on to say someone is gonna come bring it to you so I'm waiting outside the door they told me to (I order my Uber so it can leave quick) and I call back after more waiting and my Uber is here said they can't find me ???!!! Bought some red ink from their apartment store. Yes they sell out of their apartment. Ink stayed in the skin for 3 days before easily wiping off. I'm not exactly an expert but I don't think ink is supposed to do this. I even heard that their ink is diluted and basically "stepped on". Will never use their ink it products again. Found a store that sells better quality ink and is a lot closer and they're not selling out of an apartment building. Read Less

Hate to do this, but this is strike 4 with this company. I ordered their $75.00 rotary shader/ liner gun. It came in the mail today. They bought from amazon dot Com and had it shipped to me. What they didn't know is that amazon put in the package their flier on the gun including their price. Their price for this gun number UMC-209 is, get this, $11.40. So I paid 75 bucks for an 11 dollar gun. Now the gun is plastic and weighs maybe 2 to 4 oz. So I hooked it up to see what it... can do and within 2 minutes, a spring came out of the gun, from where I have no clue. Then within another minute, the gun started making a funny noise. So I paid 75 bucks for a 10 dollar gun that worked for 3 minutes. On another order I ordered stencil transfer with aloe. If you used this solution before, you know it's creamy and has a nice odor to it. They shipped me transfer which was watery as all get out and had a very strong alcohol smell to it. Whats up with that. On another order I ordered the 20 needled and 20 disposable tubes. I ordered 9rl and 9r tubes. They sent the 9rl needles and sent 3 9r tubes and 17 11r tubes.
