Great customer service here. The artists go out of their way to make all of their Clients comfortable. They explain every part of the tattoo and provide clear instructions for the after care. If a tattoo needs a touch up at a later date after healing, that is free of charge. My wife had her first tattoo done at this shop and is raving about her good experience. This is the most unprofessional business I've ever dealt with. I went in to have something drawn up by Megan to cover up an existing tattoo and was told I'd be contacted the by following Saturday with what she'd drawn. The tattoo she came up with was nothing like the pictures I had shown (I wanted a mandala flower, she sent a drawing of a half moon). I was told I'd have an email with her idea in a week, I got nothing until after I called up there two weeks later and had to deal with Frank, the owner, who cursed me out when I told him I wanted my deposit back because they failed to uphold their promise. At that point I wouldn't trust them to touch me! There's too many tattoo places in the area to have to deal with this sad excuse for a business owner. Keep the $50 Frank, you need it more than I do. I had a triple forward helix & daith ear piercings done today by Meagan. She did an awesome job!! She talked me through each part of the process. She was also gentle but quick with each piercing. I highly recommend her for your next piercings.Read Less

Despite these reviews I came in as a walk in like 10 minutes before closing time and they were kind enough to do a nose piercing on my friend and do my very small tattoos. Frank did my tattoos and he made me feel very comfortable. He was friendly and personable.. I get really anxious too and he just made me feel so calm. I trusted him completely and I am very happy I did. I let him do his thing with the tattoos with his style and idea and I loved what he drew out for me. I also showed him a tattoo I already had which was done by at another shop and he offered to fix it.. His exact words were "by the time you leave this shop it will be 100% better" and it sooo was. I am so happy. Of course I had to pay more but I don't care because it was way better. He added more detail to what I already had. frank just has great judgement. I'm sorry I don't know the pierces name that did my friends nose. But it is a girl and she has a great chest piece and she was sooo nice and professional :)Shop is clean and sanitary. Their most recent inspection is 100 as of December 2015I would and will definitely recommend to everyone I know. Love my tattoos done by Frank. Have one on my calf and another back piece that is just getting started. The shop is very clean and professional. By far, my worst tattoo shop experience ever. Although the service was great, the service provided was beyond horrendous. I went to Allied Ink to get my nipples pierced by Frank, the piercings were $60, i paid $80 for "gold" jewelry. I have several piercings, so by day three i knew that something wasn't right. They were still swollen and it looked like my nipples were eating the jewelry balls. I waited until it was a week after and went back. He was really understanding and put some longer bars in for free. After another week the swelling was way worse and i called to see what i should do. He didn't get back to me so i went to a local tattoo shop where the piercer informed me Frank had pierced my areola!! I spent $100 dollars with nothing to show but scarring. The jewelry wasn't even close to piercing jewelry, and the "gold" was rubbing away. Frank also took a few weeks before getting back to my voicemail, just to tell me that he would have put in longer bars (which he already did) and maybe next time i should get "gold" (which i did). I would sue for negligence if I wasn't a college student. No one should go here. Although he seems like a good guy, Frank is under qualified and clearly should not own a tattoo shop. Read Less

Came in about 2 months ago to get a set of nipple piercings done by Frank. He was very professional and made me feel 100% comfortable. My piercings turned out beautifully and since then I've had no problems what so ever. His advice to use an antibiotic ointment on the piercings wasn't the best but after some researching online and finding the best way to care for my new piercings (antibiotic soap 1x a day and sea salt soaks 2x) my piercings treated have me perfectly. My only reasons for not giving 5 stars is that he never told me what gauge piercings I got and one of them was the slightest bit tilted so it's not exactly straight. But that was most likely from me jumping a bit during the piercing process. (Extremely painful) Frank did a very good job and I'll be visiting him again in another 3 months when my girlfriend gets hers pierced like mine. Read Less

I would definitely recommend this shop. I have over 8 piercings from here which include my rook, tragus, triple forward helix, conch, nose, and both nipples. Each experience was professional and all of which have healed well with the treatments the owner/piercer have told me to use. I have also taken my little sister and some friends with me here to get their piercings and had the same experience with them. The owner/piercer was fun and gave me a good laugh which helped me feel more comfortable especially when I got my nipples pierced. Overall fun and great experiences! Read Less
