Went to get tattoos with my bff on 5/19/18. The "piercer" johnny depp looking guy was doing meth WHILE working. Was 100% disrespectful the whole time.. my bff asked to see jewerly multiple times and he allowed her to. She ever bought a few.. she asked again right before we were about to get our tattoos, he went and done his meth and came back even more rude, and denied showing it to her... and started flipping out bc she got the jewerly herself to look at and buy.... he was rude the moment we got there. Why is Beyond Taboo Tattoo a great place to get a tattoo or a piercing? Is because the tattoo artist and staff are very nice people to deal with. For instance the gentleman/Tommy who did my tattoo last night (Saturday 9/23/2017) took his time with my tattoo since it's a very detailed type of tattoo.I am very picky who does my tattoo work and how well the Tattoo business is inside of the location. Such as around the waiting room, tattoo area and how well the staff treat their customers. Trust me when I say this...I been most tattoo shops around the states and some of the shops are less to be desired for and for the other tattoo locations I''ve been to deserved to be mentioned and well spoken for. This location has plenty of parking and this tattoo location does get busy on the weekends so plan ahead and get your appointment scheduled with your desired tattoo artist and get tattooed or piercing of your choice.  They have a bathroom and drink machine just in case you get thirsty or your guess that comes with you. This was my first time here to Beyond Taboo Tattoo since my Cousin who also loves tattoo's and is a current customer there as well. So I decided to my go with my cousin while he was waiting for his tattoo get started with his tattoo artist Tommy. I looked over the tattoo pieces they had in the books and wall area in the waiting room area. When I saw the tattoo on the wall I picked and went with it was something that looks great.  Tommy took his time and did what he does best which is to make beautiful tattoo's come to life! Overall happy with Beyond Taboo Tattoo's? Yes, I am. I went there for a piercing and they were beyond wonderful. They quickly got me in without an appointment, the equipment was all clean and came straight from new packaging. They answered all of my questions and made me feel so at ease. I had to come back for longer jewelry for my piercing because it was causing a bubble around the piercing and they did it quickly and free of charge. I am beyond impressed with this place as a whole. After getting 2 good tattoos from this place in the past I thought it would be a good place to get matching tattoos with my girlfriend. Sadly I was wrong the artist was very heavy handed and the the numbers were jacked up on mine. I just moved to macon an was looking to get a tattoo, everybody I talked to recommended taboo an I now see why I brought in a picture if what I wanted and it took my artist less then ten minutes to resize and show it to me.
