I just had the best experience today at No Regrets Tattoo Studio! I walked in with a design already in mind and Janice did a Fantastic job turning my idea into a reality! I was so impressed with her during my initial consultation I asked if she could also breath new life into a 20 year old existing tattoo I had. She did both for me in one appointment and final results of both tattoos were phenomenal! I am so throughly impressed I already am planning a third tattoo with Janice. I've only had piercing experience here and I have to say: I have regrets. The piercer, herself, is a very nice lady but the piercing job was...not so nice. My snakebite piercings were placed unevenly and I'm wary about the aftercare she recommendeds since my piercings never healed in several months. I personally wouldn't go back here. This was hands down the best tattoo experience I've ever had! I walked in hoping to be tattooed today and they were able to fit me in between appointments. Christian was super friendly and kept me at ease while I waited for my tattoo to be drawn up. I had a handwritten card from my mother and two small illustrations that I wanted pieced together and Emily did amazing with it! I love this place. My significant other passed away last July. I went in immediately following the funeral and asked for a tattoo. Estella asked what I wanted, made it up and tattooed it that day. The people in this shop are the most caring group of people that I have ever let near me with a needle. I went back about two weeks ago and got my nose pierced. Once again an amazing experience. Holly is the ONLY person I will let pierce me. She pierced my nose a year ago, and was awesome. Sooo, I brought a friend in for her nose a few months ago. Then tonight, I went back to get a third hole in both lobes, a cartilage, and a conch. My friend that was just there for support and had ZERO plans of getting pierced, came out with a cartilage and a tragus. Holly just has a very calming demeanor that puts you at ease. If I could give one review I would. I Got my nose pierced in September. First time I went in the Lady wasn't there. I Scheduled my appointment on Facebook so there could've been a miscommunication I understand. But that's not the point of this review.  The point is my piercing constantly fell out to the point where if I fell asleep I would have to put a bandaid on it. One day I didn't and it fell out. I went to another piercing shop and he said the Site was swollen, and the piercing never went through all the way. The back of where it is suppose to be has been closed for a while. Took no time from consultation to my tattoo being completely done and I was a walk in. I absolutely love my tattoo and I am 1000% satisfied. Nothing like a little tattoo therapy and when you have a fabulous artist it makes it even better. I highly recommend Estella and this shop to everyone but definitely make an appointment because I got lucky! Let me first sum up what I think of this place: I will not go to another tattoo shop. The customer service is great, the work is marvelous, & the price is more than fair. I've checked other shops in this area and no one matches the quality of this one. Thanks again and I will be returning here for future tattoo needs. I was in town visiting family for the holiday and decided I wanted a nose piercing. I visited this shop "No Regrets" for the first time to get my piercing done but the person wasn't in who's responsible for piercings. The employee couldn't provide me with a time the person would be available. I left & decided to give it another try the next day. The person wasn't in again nor could I be provided a time she would arrive. I later was made aware that the piercer is the owner. In my opinion the owner should have someone other than herself piercing customers that come into her establishment. I will never return nor recommend anyone to frequent the business. ESTELLA IS AMAZING!! The best tattoo ARTIST I've ever worked with! I'm no artist, I just show her what I like and my ideas and she reads my mind! She's fully designed two of my tattoos and I love them! She has no issue drawing up beautiful, personalized artwork! Most tattoo artists ask for a picture to copy, but no, Estella asks what you have in mind so she can personalize it for you! Most of her ideas are better than I could ever think of! She takes her time consulting with you and takes her time placing the stincil all to please your specifications! Her station is clean and comfortable! I've watched her set up her station with all clean and sanitary items! Originally, I had planned to go to a different tattoo parlor last night to get my first tattoo. When my artist cancelled on me, I was too impatient to make a reservation for later. So I found this place, and honestly, I couldn't be happier, despite it being a rushed decision. The staff members were incredibly nice and the place was clean. Me and my wife drove 7 hours from Jacksonville nc to get tattoos from Estella! She is truly an amazing artist. She has done all of my wife's and my selfs tattoos and we couldn't be more happy with everything she's done for us. She's very helpful with aiding in design ideas and making it all flow together exactly how you imagine. As for the shop it's self everyone makes you feel right at home . Very clean and personable staff. Was there for about 9 hrs and didn't once feel uncomfortable or unwelcome. Definitely would recommend to every one no matter how many or little tattoos you have .
