Everyone there is really friendly and talented. I just wanted to say that Alexis is a solider. She does everything from tattoos, to taking payments and answering the phone. I've seen people walk out because she was talking to long but she's doing so many things. Just be patient and chill out. It's not that deep to be walking out. Patience is definitely a virtue. So stfu and chill tf out. PERIODT

Magick Dragon is located on Sugarloaf Pkwy which is very close to me. That's probably the reason why I decided to get pierce here hoping they were good. I already had two piercings before I decided to get new ones and my experience was kinda traumatic so I ended up taking them off. I really wanted to get a Tragus piercing so I ended up coming here (kinda scared tbh). I was introduced to Jeremy who was my pierced and he's just the sweetest. As soon as I met him I knew it was gonna be okay. I told him about how I had two more holes but since I took the piercing off they were probably close. He gently checked and indeed they were close. Jeremy gave me a great price that day for me to get the Tragus new piercing, and also opening the other two helix piercings I had before.The Helix didn't hurt at all since it was kinda opened still, the Tragus hurt a little more but that was totally normal. He was just great. He relaxed me and talked to me the whole time so I wouldn't get nervous and the next thing I knew I was already pierced. I once even lost my piercing ball and he gave me one for free. He's honestly the sweetest. Second experience here was when I took my dad to get a tattoo of my moms name in his arm. I waited outside but my dad said it was great, and they were very professionals. The staff in general is very rude, and they're honestly more pricey than other establishments. I think I would keep coming here for piercings as long as it is with Jeremy, but I wouldn't get a tattoo here.ESPAÑOLMagick Dragon se encuentra en Sugarloaf Pkwy, que está muy cerca de mí. Jeremy me dio un gran precio ese día para que yo obtuviera el nuevo piercing Tragus, y también abrí los otros dos piercings de hélice que tenía antes.La Helix no dolió en absoluto ya que estaba un poco abierta todavía, la Tragus dolía un poco más, pero eso era totalmente normal. Fue simplemente genial. Me relajó y me habló todo el tiempo para que no me pusiera nervioso y lo siguiente que supe fue que ya estaba perforada. Una vez incluso perdí mi bola del piercing y me dio una gratis. Sinceramente, es el más dulce.La segunda experiencia aquí fue cuando llevé a mi papá a hacerse un tatuaje con el nombre de mi mamá en su brazo. Esperé afuera, pero mi papá dijo que era genial, y que eran muy profesionales.El personal en general es muy grosero y, honestamente, son más caros que otros establecimientos. Creo que seguiría viniendo aquí para los piercings, siempre que sea con Jeremy, pero no me haría un tatuaje aquí.

I had to come back later that day and get my money back because she refused to fix it. I do not recommend this place to anyone when it comes to piercings/ customer service!!!

I was planning on getting a traditional american tattoo of a tiger but, they were running a special sale that day with all tattoo prices being $44. The sale was called Friday the 13th and you could only select the ones that an artist had already planned out (except you can choose the color). The traditional american tiger tattoo was gonna be a huge thigh piece. But a small Tengu Demon drawing caught my eye. I have always wanted an uni demon but the Tengu would work and it was pretty cool. So everything worked out and the tattoo came out great for the steal of $44 (+tips).

I went for my birthday to get one of my daiths and my nipples pierced. Alexis, my piercer, finished the left daith with no problem. When she moved on to my nipples, the tool she used to try to make my nipples rise was unlike anything I'd seen before. It seemed too small. The left nipple went fine. When she got to my right nipple, she didn't even try to get it to rise. Her hand kept slipping, but she decided to pierce it anyway. I watched as the needle completely missed the marked exit point and almost went through the duct I'd breastfeed from. Instead of owning up to her mistake, she claimed my nipple was too shallow. I went to another shop that same day to make sure everything looked okay, they informed me that they would, in fact, be able to pierce it, but I'd have to wait a month for it to heal. Needless to say, I don't recommend this place, nor do I recommend Alexis/Lexi. Try Terminus City Tattoo instead.

I recently went to get a tattoo for my birthday. Literally spur of the moment. I walked in and was greeted quite quickly. I signed in and waited in the shop till it was my turn. The gentleman that did my tattoo was beyond professional. He kept the conversation going since I didn't come with anyone. His lines were perfect and the size he did was perfect. I ask to speak with the manager and she comes out, who is white, and I proceed to tell her what happened, so she says, " I don't care and the owner won't care. So, I'm like cool, so I asked for the owners email address and she says no leave my establishment, I'm like ok, Imma get a card off this counter and I'm gone, while walking out the manager yells, GO TO THE HOOD AND GET YOUR TATTOO, BLACK BITCH, uhm they might as well called me a NIGGER!!!! This is the worst place ever. Called to make an appointment they said it wasn't necessary got there the next day and I was told the wait would be two hours. They took my name and phone number and said they would call me within the two hours, came back and I was told maybe another hour. While I was sitting and waiting people came an hour while I was waiting and the tattoo artist skipped me and went to the people that showed up after me. I had to leave after 4 and 1/2 hours and I'm still waiting for that phone call. I don't think it's worth the wait just to get a tattoo and I don't think I'll ever go back.

Jeremy is a great addition to the shop. He completely makes you feel comfortable and he is quick and very professional.

Tonight I got my second piercing done at this shop & it was perfect just like the first one ! I came in to get the frog eyes piercing and I was SUPER nervous . I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door with minimal wait time . Jeremy (My piercer) was soooo great ! He is very knowledgeable, professional , & calming. He answered all my questions honestly which was a huge deal to me. The piercing was super fast and nearly painless as he promised ! He will definitely be the ONLY person doing my work.

So, this was one of the worst experiences I've had with customer service ever.The girl crystal as well as a guy named Jason were extremely rude. They made us wait close to 40 minutes just to ask about pricing and when asking about pricing Jason said the tattoos we wanted wouldn't look good and gave us a ridiculous price as well. He then proceeded to turn around and say "well I guess we aren't eating lunch today." For everyone to hear and told us to just sit down and wait for the tattooist to get there.This place is so not worth the wait. If u want some good pricing and friendly staff that actually care about you go to saints and sinners. We picked up and went to S&S and got everything we asked for AND MORE for way less than what they were asking for at Magick dragon. If they were real artists, they would be able to work with what they have, just saying.All in all, i wouldn't recommend this place for anything and I wish I could give them zero stars but this will just have to do.

The guy at the front desk was really nice and he told us to have a seat and wait for someone to come give me a price estimate. Then Jason walks in and completely ruins the experience. The amount of attitude and disrespect was astounding. Don't go to this shop. Go to saints and sinners. They gave me a much better price and all their staff is super laid back and nice.

I visited Magick Dragon yesterday (2/19) to get my first tattoo and my nose pierced! The guys were all very sweet and responsible. The atmosphere was clean and welcoming. I never once felt uncomfortable or iffy about this place. The pricing was excellent as well, $100 for both tattoo and piercing. I will definitely be recommending friends and I will be back!

I've been coming here for four years to get my piercings done and have never had a bad experience. I've seen a couple of different piercers here but all of them have always been nice and never rude. I've come different times of the day but it's never too long of a wait for piercings. They're also not expensive, one shop in Atlanta charges $90 for just one nipple piercing, i don't remember what i paid here but i know it wasn't close to that for both of them. Can't speak for the tattoo part first hand, but from what I've seen the artists really take the time to get the piece right and I've never seen anyone come in that wasn't greeted. overall there's always a great atmosphere at this place.

He did an amazing job, and her ear piercings look great now--even and perfect placement. The original ear piercing was done elsewhere with a piercing gun. (I should've known better, but I thought it would be okay...)Now that I have seen both ways, I can 100% recommend that the piercing needles are best, and Jeremy explained that they cause less trauma to the ear tissue than the piercing guns.Jeremy has a calm and pleasant manner that was reassuring to my daughter (and me!) especially since she was having to get that ear re-pierced. We were both nervous, but he put us at ease. Highly recommend!!!

Yet when I arrived the same girl that answered the phone said "oh, I didn't know you meant today." ..even though I specified that I would be coming in today and she said that there was no one to pierce me. She said "I could do it but I haven't had enough practice, if you come back tomorrow I could give you a discount." I work 65 hours a week this was my one day off. And she doesn't have enough practice but by tomorrow she will??Also as she was telling me this there were four tattoo artists standing behind her. You mean to tell me in a tattoo and piercing shop with over four tattoo artist that not one of them can pierce a nipple or two..okay. Went to Saints and Sinners tattoo and they took care of me.

The woman that was working was very unwelcoming, everything gave the appearance of being very closed off, and the building looking almost like it was a poorly figured house. A friend and I went there to get our septum pierced, and as soon as she started feeling our noses she told us our sweet spot was too small. She told us that if we really really want it, we need to go to someone who's been piercing for 40+ years, and that it would hurt worse than a nipple piercing. Fortunately for my friend and I, we could tell that there was something funny about her advice and took our noses to get a second opinion. As soon as we walked into the other tattoo shop, she found my sweet spot (which was actually only a little farther up, not too small) and it was the least painful piercing that I've ever gotten.

Took my daughter here to get her industrial done. Mia was absolutely wonderful and took the time to answer all of my daughter's questions. Layla was fantastic. I had a tattoo of my old aircraft carrier done, and it came out far and away better than I could have hoped for. I had a picture in my mind that I didn't think I did a good job explaining (I am not an artist at all) but she came through with the perfect design which was exactly what I had in my head. She listened to my concerns and made me feel as though she really cared. I would not hesitate to use Layla again, and have already started thinking of what to have her do next. Magick Dragon was outstanding.

The colors are so vibrant and I've gotten so many compliments on my new tatt. Since it was a bit of a wait, I decided to get my Tragus pierced by Darla...very professional and such a sweetheart. Magick Dragon is located on Sugarloaf Pkwy which is very close to me. That's probably the reason why I decided to get pierce here hoping they were good. I already had two piercings before I decided to get new ones and my experience was kinda traumatic so I ended up taking them off. I really wanted to get a Tragus piercing so I ended up coming here (kinda scared tbh). I was introduced to Jeremy who was my pierced and he's just the sweetest. As soon as I met him I knew it was gonna be okay. I told him about how I had two more holes but since I took the piercing off they were probably close. He gently checked and indeed they were close. Jeremy gave me a great price that day for me to get the Tragus new piercing, and also opening the other two helix piercings I had before.The Helix didn't hurt at all since it was kinda opened still, the Tragus hurt a little more but that was totally normal. He was just great. He relaxed me and talked to me the whole time so I wouldn't get nervous and the next thing I knew I was already pierced. I once even lost my piercing ball and he gave me one for free. He's honestly the sweetest. Second experience here was when I took my dad to get a tattoo of my moms name in his arm. I waited outside but my dad said it was great, and they were very professionals. The staff in general is very rude, and they're honestly more pricey than other establishments. The sale was called Friday the 13th and you could only select the ones that an artist had already planned out (except you can choose the color). The traditional american tiger tattoo was gonna be a huge thigh piece. But a small Tengu Demon drawing caught my eye. I have always wanted an uni demon but the Tengu would work and it was pretty cool. So everything worked out and the tattoo came out great for the steal of $44 (+tips).

I went for my birthday to get one of my daiths and my nipples pierced. Alexis, my piercer, finished the left daith with no problem. When she moved on to my nipples, the tool she used to try to make my nipples rise was unlike anything I'd seen before. It seemed too small. The left nipple went fine. When she got to my right nipple, she didn't even try to get it to rise. Her hand kept slipping, but she decided to pierce it anyway. I watched as the needle completely missed the marked exit point and almost went through the duct I'd breastfeed from. Instead of owning up to her mistake, she claimed my nipple was too shallow. I went to another shop that same day to make sure everything looked okay, they informed me that they would, in fact, be able to pierce it, but I'd have to wait a month for it to heal. Needless to say, I don't recommend this place, nor do I recommend Alexis/Lexi. Try Terminus City Tattoo instead.

This is the worst place ever. Called to make an appointment they said it wasn't necessary got there the next day and I was told the wait would be two hours. They took my name and phone number and said they would call me within the two hours, came back and I was told maybe another hour. While I was sitting and waiting people came an hour while I was waiting and the tattoo artist skipped me and went to the people that showed up after me. I had to leave after 4 and 1/2 hours and I'm still waiting for that phone call. I don't think it's worth the wait just to get a tattoo and I don't think I'll ever go back.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door with minimal wait time . Jeremy (My piercer) was soooo great ! He is very knowledgeable, professional , & calming. They made us wait close to 40 minutes just to ask about pricing and when asking about pricing Jason said the tattoos we wanted wouldn't look good and gave us a ridiculous price as well. He then proceeded to turn around and say "well I guess we aren't eating lunch today." For everyone to hear and told us to just sit down and wait for the tattooist to get there.This place is so not worth the wait. If u want some good pricing and friendly staff that actually care about you go to saints and sinners. We picked up and went to S&S and got everything we asked for AND MORE for way less than what they were asking for at Magick dragon. If they were real artists, they would be able to work with what they have, just saying.All in all, i wouldn't recommend this place for anything and I wish I could give them zero stars but this will just have to do.

The amount of attitude and disrespect was astounding. Don't go to this shop. Go to saints and sinners. They gave me a much better price and all their staff is super laid back and nice.

I've been coming here for four years to get my piercings done and have never had a bad experience. I've seen a couple of different piercers here but all of them have always been nice and never rude. I've come different times of the day but it's never too long of a wait for piercings. They're also not expensive, one shop in Atlanta charges $90 for just one nipple piercing, i don't remember what i paid here but i know it wasn't close to that for both of them. Can't speak for the tattoo part first hand, but from what I've seen the artists really take the time to get the piece right and I've never seen anyone come in that wasn't greeted. overall there's always a great atmosphere at this place.

I really appreciated Jeremy's expertise in correcting a misplaced ear lobe piercing on my nine-year old daughter. He did an amazing job, and her ear piercings look great now--even and perfect placement. The original ear piercing was done elsewhere with a piercing gun. (I should've known better, but I thought it would be okay...)Now that I have seen both ways, I can 100% recommend that the piercing needles are best, and Jeremy explained that they cause less trauma to the ear tissue than the piercing guns.Jeremy has a calm and pleasant manner that was reassuring to my daughter (and me!) especially since she was having to get that ear re-pierced. We were both nervous, but he put us at ease. Highly recommend!!!

Yet when I arrived the same girl that answered the phone said "oh, I didn't know you meant today." ..even though I specified that I would be coming in today and she said that there was no one to pierce me. She said "I could do it but I haven't had enough practice, if you come back tomorrow I could give you a discount." I work 65 hours a week this was my one day off. And she doesn't have enough practice but by tomorrow she will??Also as she was telling me this there were four tattoo artists standing behind her. You mean to tell me in a tattoo and piercing shop with over four tattoo artist that not one of them can pierce a nipple or two..okay. Went to Saints and Sinners tattoo and they took care of me.

The woman that was working was very unwelcoming, everything gave the appearance of being very closed off, and the building looking almost like it was a poorly figured house. A friend and I went there to get our septum pierced, and as soon as she started feeling our noses she told us our sweet spot was too small. She told us that if we really really want it, we need to go to someone who's been piercing for 40+ years, and that it would hurt worse than a nipple piercing. Fortunately for my friend and I, we could tell that there was something funny about her advice and took our noses to get a second opinion. As soon as we walked into the other tattoo shop, she found my sweet spot (which was actually only a little farther up, not too small) and it was the least painful piercing that I've ever gotten.

Layla was fantastic. I had a tattoo of my old aircraft carrier done, and it came out far and away better than I could have hoped for. I had a picture in my mind that I didn't think I did a good job explaining (I am not an artist at all) but she came through with the perfect design which was exactly what I had in my head. She listened to my concerns and made me feel as though she really cared. I would not hesitate to use Layla again, and have already started thinking of what to have her do next. Magick Dragon was outstanding.

The colors are so vibrant and I've gotten so many compliments on my new tatt. Since it was a bit of a wait, I decided to get my Tragus pierced by Darla...very professional and such a sweetheart. Will definitely be back for my next tatt. ASK FOR BILLY...HE IS THE BOMB.
