While visiting a friend, she went and signed a release form for her 17 year old to get a piercing, at the time, this was perfectly fine. When the teen went back later that day, nearly an hour before closing, the door was locked. Someone came to the door, looked at the girl, and walked away, no words spoken. The next day, less then 24 hours later, the girl went back, where she wasn't treated very kind and was told her mother would have to come back and sign another paper because she doesn't keep paperwork more then 24 hours. The girl then told the lady it hasn't been 24 hours and she was told well, it's my shop and I'll need a new form signed. If they would have treated the girl a bit better, there wouldn't have even been an issue. We were so glad to have her go elsewhere for her piercing, they were so much more pleasant. Read Less

Nice clean shop. Staff was really nice and accommodating ( I'm in a wheelchair) so it's hard to find people that treat you like you are "human". I had my nose pierced and didn't feel a thing! Absolutely LOVE my piercing!!! ❤️💎❤️ The placement was perfect and again, the people are great. Also the prices are also exceptional. After going to 5 different artists out of town I finally found an artist and a shop that I love and makes me feel comfortable. Maribeth is my favorite artist ever and that's why I keep coming back to her. She always blows me away with her artwork and always listens to what I want and brings it to life in an even better way than what I can imagine. Also Tate and Laura are the only people that have ever pierced me and I've been getting piercings for almost 10 years. I've never had any issues and they're work is always perfect. This is by far the best place in Lagrange and the surrounding areas. The place is immaculate. And unlike most places...you don't get a sour attitude when you walk in the door like you do most places. Initially I was very nervous to get my medusa piercing, but Laura was amazing. Not only did she help me through the jitters, she did an exceptional job with the actual piercing.
