Not only that Mark, my artist really took the time to understand what I wanted and that was evident in the care he took to lay out the design on my arm. I had the tattoo on my back done here several years ago and could not be happier. I am big on going in with an idea and giving an artist freedom of creativity and I got exactly what I wanted. Shahki did amazing and years later it is still perfect. Super clean and professional. To the douche a few reviews down---- you're exactly what's wrong with the world. The artist that I interacted with got SUCH an attitude when I told him that there was one detail of his sketch that I didn't want in my tattoo. I was very apologetic when I asked if he would change his sketch, but he just got pissed because I didn't let him slap his rough draft on my body. I'm glad that I didn't proceed with him once he got pissy. I've since talked to several people in the area who have gotten botched art from these guys. Read Less

Been worked on twice in this shop...both times by short parker. Great artist, good guy. I'm pretty covered up...been to quite a few shops in my days...I know the routine. Both times I've been here...every employee at the shop was friendly and really easy to relate with. Some shops...the artists have terrible egos and do mediocre (at best) work. To the person who commented on one of the artist's weight: why did his weight even have anything to do with it? You just made yourself sound like an ignorant, judgmental and pompous jerk and anyone with half a brain will read your review and know that you're impossible to please and will be alone forever. Don't be a jerk. Good tattoos ain't cheap and cheap tattoos ain't good. I've seen a number of folks walk into shops, bragging about the "sweet deal" they got on their generic and ugly tattoos...and I've never seen any of those tattoos look good enough to be on my body. They listened to exactly what I wanted and then used a sharpie to draw the changes right on my skin. No stencils or flash. My tattoo was reworked (not a cover-up) and was expanded into a beautiful artistic piece that not only is fitting tribute to my daughter's memory but also something I am proud to show off.
