Absolutely fantastic experience! I set up an appointment with one of the artists and let them know it was my first tattoo, ever. I let them know what I had in mind and the artist took about 10 minutes to whip out the design. We agreed on a color scheme for it and not long after I was in the chair. My artist talked with me while he was inking up my shoulder. The time it took to get the tattoo took about one hour for a small-medium size piece on my shoulder. He revealed the tattoo to me after it was done and I just about cried because of how happy I was to see it on my shoulder!My artist gave great aftercare instructions as well. It's been about four weeks at this point (I got my tattoo in mid-late August of 2017) and the piece has healed very well. Very happy with Karma and will return once I get more money for more ink! I came into the shop for a double navel piercing with titanium, due to a surgical steel allergy. The shop was clean and consent forms were laid among the counter so that customers could read over services performed and what to expect for aftercare. My piercer did a great job and was very friendly. I was very pleased with the business operatives and the flexibility of the order with a price of $80 using titanium vs. other inquired shops, whom were charging $100 or had to special order the jewelry. This was my very first time ever being in a tattoo shop and for first impressions ....it was awesome! The receptionist was great and she made me feel at home. I was lucky enough to get a UK artist who was visiting and he gave me my 1st tattoo.
