I received some coupons for this establishment from a friend who had won them at a raffle. He knew for mothers day my husband wanted to get me a tattoo that I had been designing for a while. So on mother's day I went in. I was told that they wouldn't be able to get me in that day because two of their artists were gone but to come back Thursday and they would set me up an appointment. I let him know when my coupons expired and they assured me they would get me in before then. So I went in on Thursday and the same guy says he will do my tattoo and tells me to take his card and send him an email with the design, even though I have the design with me. So I scanned the tattoo and sent it to him about an hour later. That was ten days ago. My coupon expires tomorrow. I've been to the shop twice and send my telephone number to them as well. I don't think a customer should have to beg for a tattoo. I think I'll just take my business elsewhere. Read Less

I got a small chest piece at Carter Ink, & the quality & pride Carter & his team put into their work is incredible. I haven't seen one bad tattoo come out of this shop, but several tattoos have been saved! Carter has just the right amount of sarcastic, smart ass attitude to make you laugh, & also make you think you're about to get a dick tattooed on your body. Overall, the team members are very friendly & produce some seriously badass art on people. They do their best to give you exactly what you ask for, & will let you know if it will be great, or look like garbage; despite their talent. If they don't think it'll look good, they let you know, but they strive to make everyone happy. The prices are definitely spot on for the work & effort being done!!
