Got a tattoo here a few months ago and it needed a little touch up, no big deal but they were very rude and tore into my arm like it was angry sex or something. They were pissed off because I wanted them to finish the job they were paid to do. Said it was because it didn't have black outlines. Guess they need tattoos to be like a coloring book to get it right the first time or something. In reply: Some people aren't assertive enough to stand up to being handled like you did her so yes I did step in to help her but didn't speak over any one. 12 year-olds step back and be quiet after a sarcastic comment like that ... sure. No this wasn't me but did I say anything else inaccurate ? No okay then it doesn't change anything. You had no customers in the shop when we showed up just like when we came in without an appointment the first time and we waited a few hours to fit in without issue both times. We weren't told anything about a touch-up being needed in the future or when you normally do them. Lines not being straight and colored areas not filled in have nothing to do with the excuse that was given of no black outlines. Black outlines came up after "I was rude and controlling" by you muttering it under your breath to a coworker in the back and not to us. My wife and I got honeymoon tattoos here. They did a great job. But, at $260 for about an hours worth of work, they were by far the most expensive tattoos that I've ever gotten. Granted, they were tattooing two people, still, the price was really high for four very small and very simple tattoos. If your looking for a good place to get a tattoo in the area this place is great, but go ahead and figure pretty high. It might be better to just go ahead and drive into Atlanta to get it. Read Less

Not sure what was wrong with the people writing bad reviews on this establishment, they are 100% amazing. I got a simple nose piercing but witnessed 2 tattoos being done. Both tatts turned out as beautiful art! My nose, I absolutely adore, and the price was right! Everyone was so accommodating and just an amazing atmosphere! I can't remember the name of who did my piercing but he was awesome! Thanks man I love it and this place rocks! My husband got his tat in memory of his dad by Mikey about a year ago. My sister and I were in this past weekend to get our's done for our dad. Mikey put his all into helping us create the perfect memorial tattoo. It didn't matter how many changes we made, he gladly did so until it was perfect for us. Highly recommend! Read Less

I didn't get the lady's name that done my tattoo this evening but by reading some of the other reviews I believe it may have been Sara. I had a great experience! Went to helen for a day trip with my fiancée. After talking to a few locals I decided to stop in to 1920 tattoo shop. Right away I was greeted by Jimmy coffin. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he created an amazing piece of art out of it. I have had many compliments and people taking pictures of my new artwork.
